Is what do you do by mistake? Damn lovely bucket again welcome back to mogul mail, got a quick one for you today and it's about the big announcement from saikuno. Here it is i'm going to do what i've always done, no chat. This is in gaming, but imagine being hired by amber turd and there being undisputable evidence that she figuratively and literally the bed it'd be grasping at straws to ngl i mean that's not what the case is about, though, like like that kind of is youtube. Gaming uh natural he'll be live streaming from now on.

This is a huge announcement. It was trending on youtube and twitter today, and i thought because it's also the five month anniversary of my switch, that we would talk about him. And if this was a huge, terrible giant mistake by seeing. If i made a huge terrible giant mistake by looking at some stats and giving you some anecdotes, so let's jump into it, is it a mistake to switch from twitch to youtube now, first off some context over the past uh six months before i switched, i averaged About 18.5 000 viewers on twitch - and i i streamed like an average of 130 hours a month uh and since i've been on youtube, i average about 20 000, because i just feel bad that when you look for stats for twitch and whatever you look for analytics.

There's websites that are all organized and and then you go to youtube guys. What are my styles, like my man's poll? Is a google spreadsheet done manually dude, i ever jesus and change and stream about 90 to 100 hours a month now, obviously there's some good months in there like april uh and some bad months like march, where i didn't really have any. I don't know i don't know what that means. Wait.

These don't think to do. They're, like uh and since i've been on youtube, i average about 20 000 viewers and change and stream about 90 times a month like april uh and some bad months like march, where i didn't really have anything to do um. But i've also noticed something really important that took a while viewership doesn't matter like the average viewer number doesn't really matter, because it's so fickle. It fluctuates.

You know: you'll have hassan who's, averaging 50, 60 000 viewers, because a war broke out and he's profiteering and then it'll drop down to like a 30k and he'll just be chilling and and doing whatever he wants to do. But the important part - and this is just for big creators by the way for small creators - the viewership yeah um - i i think i think um guys if i, if i want to do a mogul mail like this okay, i think it's important to know to note That you lovely was a youtuber who swapped to youtube as a live streamer and then went to youtube as a streamer. His audience was youtube. Based, always was and always will remain.

Unless there's a big change that happens, nobody has nobody else. Has this not a lot of people have that it is not a common pattern. People usually start on twitch and use youtube to cross uh, crossbows or whatever. So i think it's a little bit disingenuous to compare uh saikuno, who kind of went from uh the group that streamed things on twitch everything on twitch, mostly interacting on twitch, to youtube.
These are like a complete different ball game. It's just not in the same thing, trip number kind of always matters for big creators, guys you guys say some segments on youtube. You you failed you're you're, failing to understand the main point, you're being disingenuous, you're being disingenuous saikuno when you started on twitch had literally no view it was mostly small viewer, you from youtube and a little bit of cross personality for many other people. Okay, stop acting like it was the same thing as when twitch went to you when you, when looking with the twitch, it's not even the same having the ability to get a lot of viewers, it's what is what's important like why, if you put a lot okay, This just has been very, very annoying and i'm gon na lose my okay, my mother's, like stop being a controlling dude.

I know what i'm talking about, stop being a idiot, just think for one second: okay: okay, okay, okay, look! Look! This is lovely, okay, youtube, okay and then swap to twitch right right. It's like a continuation. It's like that's gon na how it is right, where it's with sakura, it's kind of like that. It's gon na it's not like this.

So then, you can understand that his caution his base is twitch based, it's twitch based. It is literally for ludwig. It is literally youtube based, it is still youtube based. You understand.

Is that isn't the difference in the limits the main pool is from youtube. It gets cut down a little bit right over the transfer and a little bit of building on twitch that he did and then back to youtube, which is you would expect the drop to be the same margin as this but downwards. It's the same sort of gravity like that, it's the exact same is the exact same thing for saikudo, though you're right she started on twitch. I have enough.

My argument is so good guys. My your argument is a brain dead. Okay, his youtube wasn't mad, lad insane crazy when he started streaming. What were his numbers like pretty bad among just started? Bang.

This bass is all twitch, then, whenever you swap from being all twitch what happens? Yeah you're gon na have a little bit like it's probably gon na, be more, it's not anymore a little bit more like this. Is this bad? No, it's not am i insulted again. No, it's not, but but acting like these two paths are. The same is disingenuous at best.

It's disingenuous at best a lot of effort into a product and something you're really proud of that stream. Getting a lot of viewers is more important than your average viewership being 25k instead of 20.. That doesn't really make a difference unless it somehow gives you maybe a little more capital, because you have some more subscribers, but they're already billionaires anyway. Why do you think ninjas early swap the mixer was so kind of bad? Why? Because a mixer has absolutely no backbone.
No muscle, no substance, neither one from a three-quarter youtube, one-quarter twitch or like whatever the number to going to a place that has nobody of nothing. It's really building from the foundation for the very bottom way, and i'm sure they have the course gon na be harder. Anyway, so i i really don't buy that narrative, i think it's the ability that matters, but now he is, but now he is rich. That is not the point of this conversation.

What the dude last night, when i did my poker stream, i had a big poker stream. If you didn't see it uh, which was a really cool event with xqc and mr beast and ninja. It was really fun and we averaged, like i think, 68 000 viewers on my stream and then 30 000 viewers on a co-stream so like just under 100k total, which was awesome. You know i haven't really hit numbers like that many times on youtube.

This is where i have to admit, though it would have gotten way more on twitch, and the reason is because all the juicers, all of xqc's fans when xqc wasn't live, would have found it because they are more likely to stick to their platform than to find Their juicer against all odds they're not going to skip to a different website just to watch uh xqc on someone else's stream. Um is what it feels like, and i'm sure if this was on, twitch probably would get something closer to like maybe 100k. Just on my stream alone, um well, the vibes also have a little bit of context, because xqc went on pokey main stream that same day, and they were at 90k, just them too. So you know i, i think there is a lower viewership on youtube and it makes sense, because how the do you find a stream on this goddamn website? I don't get it, i don't get it.

You go to live. Okay, these people aren't even live. They streamed an hour ago. The stream is over.

All right, i show speed is live there, you go cool and it's way easier on twitch. It just is way easier. On twitch, you know, and although i am proud of the viewership number i got it is about as much as tyler1 is getting just playing league of legends at a computer by himself in korea. But still the ability to get the viewership is.

What is important - and i think also what is important - is the ability to get views on videos all right, because that is that is staying power on videos. If you get a stream that has a hundred thousand average viewership uh in the stream ends it's over, like you, don't i i don't think he's jealous. I just think that uh, you have to approach these these guys. You guys it's why i don't i like.

Being an analytics andy, so i don't talk about viewers ever i don't talk about stats or whatever i. I can only comment when i have the information that i need to do it and whenever they do it, i i i can make some corrections, because they're missing some information that that vod doesn't grow. You have to upload it to youtube for it to have any growth or any success. Re-Edited or not.
Uh and and i've noticed since i've switched over. My viewership has gone absolutely nuts on youtube videos uh. This is april all the way over to my so about yours every day. What about anything reviews every day i didn't make it make it make it a thing that we don't talk about this? Why? Because it's irrelevant somebody gives a! We never talk about this.

What you talking about switch, that's the thing. What are you talking about we're talking about the and, as you can see, december was a crazy moment. I did this video because i i i thought it was gon na be about something and it's a lot of stats. What about it? I was trending a lot and people were going to the channel um, but well is tied with my best month before the switch right in april was a clear bounce back and that's my second best month.

I've had ever on the website ever uh. So that's cool to see it's really interesting, uh and - and i you know i don't know, but it does feel like there's a correlation between streaming on the same channel that you upload videos to in in views being accumulated in that way, like i've developed a bit Of a system where i'll upload, a video and i'll have it live directly after my stream ends and i'll push everyone there and oftentimes it'll be like 10 000 people in the first minute of a video. That's crazy! Honestly! I'm done with the video um doesn't know. No, so he says so he says.

Would you sacrifice viewers for capital? You can't sacrifice viewers, because viewers aren't a thing. It's not. So you cannot hold that. You can't hold viewers, you can't hold a stacked, it doesn't it's it's impossible, it's it's impossible.

The only thing you do is hold content. If you don't, if you go to swap and use motivation to create content and do cool, then you lose stats as a by-product. The stats are a by-product, the main product is the content. The problem is, people swap platforms and they retire.

They retire in their pockets out they retire in there and once you retire in there, the content is retired. People don't watch it not because of this. That or this is that or the platform they watch it, because this car is washed up. Why does it still matter? What is the work on the platforms? Because people don't haven't give up in here yet they're gon na on the platform, different concept? Think about that? Whatever you do whatever, if it's good, you will still get to it and get to it and like it, okay, simple concept, simple concept: once you retire, when you swap platform, you choose whether you retire or not, and that is entirely on you.

Okay, most people don't want to fight the reality. Is people go on twitch, okay and they fight they fight? They compete people say no dude. This isn't work, bro, you're right, it's not work, but whenever you are at 5, 00 p.m or some in the other day. Okay, you're with the titans you're brawling, with the gladiators you're out there with different colossus you're out there with the juicers and to fight boom boom boom.
Back in the days like an overwatch right, everybody fights for the number one number two spot or whatever for disability. Everything's fine out there for survival people do what people you're giving up. They're fighting you're fighting a survivor right right, one minute on youtube! Well, youtube are you? Are people people fighting there isn't even directories to fight in who? Are you fighting it? You have nobody to fight against the directory. Doesn't even make you fight with anybody.

You're on your own you're, you go from a a gladiator arena, full of fighters with the javelin to be on a one-man island. Oh at the ocean. It's a completely ball game. So whether you are motivated with what's in here, to do good, whether whatever you think oh, what i have in here will motivate me to scream louder right compared to oh, i'm going to scream loud and i'm a fight harder, because i'm the arena with the colossus's.

It's up to you it'll always be a little harder, though. If you, if you're all you do and sometimes some craters, no ovens, they get lost, they get lost because there's nobody around them, that's doing better cooler. There's somebody that's going higher lord they're just on their own and they get lost because what what's further? What's backwards, you lose the scale of it. You lose the skill of it.

Just like this streamer, i'm not aware at the top elder, are down below em em, suckers suckers. You know this ain't. No, you don't say right, this is it this. Is it be nice? You go on the way up.

You're gon na see him on the way down, and you know what dude i was a big chance of suckers on the way up, and i see none of these on the way down or up them most of them. You know what they're in their died. They shouldn't why, because they retired in here they retired in here, dude, that's what's up dude, that's the thing! Okay! Is it understanding or what we're good boys xqcl? Okay, you.

Sykunno has almost 3 million subscribers on YouTube though X. So yeah that is a pretty decent following on YouTube already I think he will be just fine. Also his first stream is blowing up!

  4. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kimli says:

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Davick says:

Hope it goes well for him. feel like he got 'pushed' over there because of some friends having influence. I mean you know he didnt do it for the money, because he doesnt value it like that. He doesnt seem like a guy that likes change for no reason(assuming i know). and youtube doesnt offer much more than the bag, and a couple more views, like ludwig also just showed, cant find anyone there lol.

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars SINEMA_DM says:

I never use twitch because it's dogshit like I have a bad computer, but when I go to twitch watch xqc, it's fucking lagging, yet when I go to youtube watch live, it runs like a motherfucker.

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Aleammi says:

The problem with youtube is that you arent compeating against other streamers. Instead you competition is edited youtube videos and high production content its hard to rise above that in a livestream. While watching youtube livestreams i find myself leaving for the recommended videos that cath my intrest in the moment. There is no such thing on twitch.

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Shakeyspeare says:

Are you saying YouTube the new retirement home for streaming xQcOW? XD

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars penguin0912 says:

Sykkunos fans are mostly interact on Twitter and they are loyal af so it ultimatly doesnt matter what platform he is on. Plus he will get additional viewers and subs from his friends like Valkyrae and Ludwig with whom he already shared viewerships.

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Tester Testeb says:

Switching to YouTube streaming is damaging to your streaming career in long term especially if you’re just a streamer. We’ve seen so many streamers in the last years switching from twitch and what do they all have in common? Yep, they all came back to twitch. But of course the money bag YouTube and the others offer you is reason enough to switch I guess.

Now YouTubers on the other hand do have a „home advantage“ streaming on youtube their core audience is here anyway.

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Tanner Lea says:

The benefits is that yt Andy’s will be more like to watch now that he’s on the same platform

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Tim-O-thy AC says:

Speed the goat once he's 18 his music videos gunna be better nle had to stop filming guns an shit cause he was 17 and the state was threatening to take him from his family but once he turned 18 it was game on nle the mf 🐐

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars GIORNO giovanna says:

why tf did sykkuno lacted like he got drafted to ukraine in his last stream, literally valkrae was crying even tho they would be on the same platform.

not only that, he was farming subs at the end of his stream, trying to bait viewers into being sad, creating controversies, tf is that

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars niceu says:

This chat is so stupid. I understood it in an instance and basically, sykkuno is here then beeeeeeh on twitch and bam boom on youtube while ludwig goes beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh then baam then back to youtube beeeeeeeeeeeeeeh. hope this helps to all pepegas out there

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Tim-O-thy AC says:

X is a cringe person twitch is going downhill and Google has deep pockets to throw around

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars wsix says:

Youtube chat is impossible to use and to interact with, so for that reason, i will not be watching anyone on youtube
