What is it with all the morons driving these days that do not understand when you are pulled over for a traffic citation, regardless of the reason, if a cop asks you to step out of the car you are LAWFULLY REQUIRED TO STEP OUT. You agreed to that when you got your driver's license. If you disagree or don't like that, you have a choice. Don't drive.
