One and it's in utah. So it's like yeah. It's like you're not personal get away vacation home probably not expensive and in those parts. You probably just build you build the house and that's it yeah you better yourself.

Yeah yeah. I mean look at this dude dude. Okay let's say let's say you want to have this in. La.

This is like a hundred miles today. We're checking out the stunning estate right behind me. That was designed from ground up to be this totally off grid property. It can produce its own water own electricity and the.

House features six is like the scene of that 4911 acre lot. And it is currently on the market for 25 well only 12. 000 though 09. Million as always we will leave more information about this list of this video so make sure to check that out and i want to give big thanks to the listing agents.

Not that much for allowing us to tour their amazing listing and share. It with all of you and now let's begin our tour 50 acres. Only yeah well that was it's it's a lot lot. But it's not like it insane for 25 mil.

No way they got the helicopter bro bro. Just look at houses. That are that are priced at about like 10 mil or whatever right in most areas you're gonna be looking at like nine ten thousand square feet on average between eight and ten thousand so for 26 mil off the grid. 12.

We have all these mountains valleys beautiful green landscaping. It's lush it's peaceful. It's quiet up here. And we have this i hate reacting man bringing us from the gates.

All the way to the main estate. Your asphalt driveway eventually transitions into this paved driveway that goes to your motor cord on the left hand side it goes underneath the home where we have the lower level garage. But before i talk about the main estate. I actually want to bring everybody here so on our right hand side.

We have a helicopter pad. If you own a property like this there's a good chance you might have your own private jet or even your own private helicopter and that's why having a helipad like this comes. In really handy right next to that you have the solar arrays. Which consists of eight massive solar panels that is the one on the right how is it incredible.

I don't know about solar. But i feel like these look on our states. This home uses solar energy as its primary electricity. Looks clunky.

If solar is not enough then it uses the main grid that comes from the city. And if that's not available you have a propane generator that can power this entire product they work. But it's super cool like likewise at the beginning of this video. This home was designed from ground up to be honest.

And that's what's going on 60 views. So you have no blind corners. I mean. It's a pretty incredible property and again we have the detached of this estate and making it uniform of course.

We have some stacked stone on the exterior as well complementing this will grow nicely that was used in this house with the exterior structure or the okay the covered entry this driveway and the walkways around the property is all heated and we have the glass front over here. Let's go inside okay. These lamps are kind of tacky and also that that door could have could have used a little bit of uh. This is the center volume.

You have tall ceilings skylights bringing natural light. All these windows on each side and right in front of me. We have walls of glass facing the incredible views of the surroundings um. I wonder if this comes with like a massage table to make sure that you don't get scold.

The oasis from looking at the tv that's all the way up there it's a 60 degree angle. Looking at lizard ass looking upwards long range. What is this around there entry and oh. My god it has the same stack stone that we saw on the exterior that way design looks a little bit more uniform.

I love these exposed beams and roof wrap. There's really tying that cabin feel and on the floors we have white oak hearts. I open the windows. But it's too many hang bone pattern that looks great too muscle yeah.

It's so it's it's so many like there's no point having these windows over here either like i don't know it's a small window kind of natural light coming in and you can't put you there's like beam rock beam. It's like it never ends table actually folds that way you can open it up expand. It and sit up to 16 people here. Oh.

So much also this table is not this is not spooked at night with all uh. I've always loved you know a good foreign million dollar house and that's your dining table. Yeah so come on senior year. But it has that old cabin feel a ton of character also really guys i had to be negative again dude.

But i guess filtrate air filtration and ac whatever and temperature control is a big deal in your house. These days and these ac's these are dog. This is dog this is excited for this tour two central acs in a modern house. What year is this 1994.

Sectional account. So comfortable. So. Cozy coffee table in the center of course.

You have your stone fireplace. Here that goes over the ceiling. You have your mounted tv here and walls of glass facing these incredible views we have the uinta national forest guys. This house has this exact unit for ac actually mine looks better and we got that in like like 2012.

Right in front of us. We have the you intel optimizational force bro bro bro. This other monarchy runs better okay okay this ac runs fine dude. It right i didn't stopped for three years.

Le mans. Which is over two million acres. Which means wildlife will never change it looks incredible. I mean.

It's so beautiful out here. Yeah. This this means yeah not to mention the view will never change. But also you have this massive 2 million acre playground.

If you want to go snowmobiling hiking camping there's a this is this fly fishing is never the problem my key. There's a lot of outdoor activities around here. So. If that's what you're into.

This is kind of the purpose. Essentially the force is your backyard. Yeah. Exactly phenomenal and i love the volume here.

Details. Architectural lines. It's a pretty cozy home. Now let's continue our tour on our right hand side.

We have the wing going to the primary bedroom. That we're going to make later in the video and coming here. We have this opening taking us to the first part of the kitchen. I see you know i like a lot like a lot is that you have 17 feet to get inside the house and look up with your eyes.

And be able to to enjoy the height of the insane ceilings right and then you can do the cavern that is the kitchen the social play they're gonna actually spend time at the absolute video. The grotto you have this opening taking us to the first part of the kitchen. I see first part because kitchen is divided into two sections. We have the first island here a little bit raised with the leg design.

Which makes the space a little bit more open. I like the countertops. This is actually a dolomite stone. He doesn't like a horsehead countertop looks great four picture windows.

Facing the views space. Almost serves as your first dining area. Because you have the bar seating and continuing this way. We have the main section of the kitchen.

That's really nice like that farmhouse sink two dishwashers warm house sinks. These need to stay at in the farmhouse. If you have a farmhouse. You have you want to go.

Yeah. Yeah. I got it is it protruding out yeah. It isn't protruding out man.

It's protruding. It talk about this waterworks faucet. It looks awesome it looks like a piece of that came out of a submarine yes with the handles and valves. And this is awesome you gotta you get a steampunk contraption open this up man steampunk.

Almost it's really cool. Yeah. You're right absolutely beautiful countertops in the garage section. That was built out of brick.

This is something you could get in the sims plate. What is this that's also lime washed. Which looks really rustic and in the center of that we have the blue star eight burner gas stove with brass details that belongs to the skateboard and continuing our tour we have companies goddamn knobs right there micro money warming drawer. I don't hate everything see i i like these cabinets.

I like i i like the wood. I don't like the slick and i think it's pretty much down below. And we have this beautiful cabinet. This doesn't fit there it doesn't the color.

The the everything the the the material. It doesn't fit there doesn't this this just doesn't butcher block detail at the end of the island it looks awesome that reminds me i want to give big credit. It's out of character company they can handle the remodel and the design elements on the interior. I think they did look at this look look look look the the the light switches are are hanging.

They are hanging. It you can probably wobble them set aside by just touching them look at this here. It's hanging phenomenal look with this house. Now that's it for this section of the kitchen.

I guess i want you there all the wood that was used to build these look look. What is that exterior walls in the description source out of the canyons and mountains around us they basically stack these logs because they got they got me. Billy mays is mighty putty if they also use the sealant to cover the gaps in between and that's how you accomplish a waterproof wall maintained well these walls and this structure will last forever. And it is super strong and just a really unique way of building a home yeah.

It's really warm really cozy and it just has that mountain look like absolutely i love the imperfections that comes with this style of building and coming here. We are actually in the aluminum area of the main cabin that was this originally styled they restored it beautifully and blended with the new home and you have a nice seating area in the center fireplace on our right hand side covered with the same stacked stone. That we've been tackling and look at all the woodworking details here this space is phenomenal. The railings the columns guys just stop look how tacky it is it's it did it's off angle entirely dude look at look at it come on man.

It's just it's tacky skylights above. Okay houses worth 26. Million. Dollars.

And we have the french doors opening up to the backyard. So you have an easy access. Another wood burning fireplace and over here. We have an exterior.

Oh my god the original front door of the old cabin. It's a dutch store mikey. I know you like these yeah so for those who have seen our earlier episodes. I love the dutch doors they're called that showers dust doors.

I you can open the off. Yeah basically if you don't know they break into two pieces you can open the top and bottom independently. But we don't see them uh okay next i want to point out another detail. We have a lot of split ac units throughout this property because we were using this to run ac lines or ac.

Ducts that's why split units comes really handy and on top of that since it's such a big estate. It's really nice that what about split heat temperature. However you like in each one of the rooms well now how are they heating the plate size bathroom here shared by these two bedrooms that we're about to tour. We toured the first one.

And it's just welcome to the jungle wood cabinetry counter tops stone back wall your walk in shower. Beautiful. Mosaic tiles on the floor is this sounds so good. It's a little hardcore for me.

But it's decent past that shower's and i mean just look at that it's okay that finishes your top filler. All these. Cozy small windows facing the front yeah. But not the longest you have the texture.

I think before done. It's pretty awesome yeah. I would really like to see a photo of this pretty similar to the one we toured earlier exposed log walls in the back cozy bed set up your closet cozy bedroom. I mean now let's take everybody back to the living room area another detail.

I want to point out. We have this rustic cart here because utah has a really interesting mining history. No. What is that we have a minecart in our house element with a lot of these design finishes in fact one of them is super super unique that we're gonna tour on the lower level.

We'll just say remember this mining cart for now uh and that'll come back later in the day. Absolutely and now mikey. Why don't we go upstairs. So we can check out this loft space that is open.

We're closer to this ain't nobody gonna go there nobody's going there and details and color variations. You have a small game table here window facing the front another small seating area and we have an exterior door opening up to a deck that where you have an easy access to the outdoors. The second floor and just enjoy the amazing views that you have pretty much throughout now coming here. I want to talk about the railing system that they have on the second floor.

This is so cool they use these center posts. Which are these three trunks that was cut and sanded and placed here to anchor. It into your house. You can actually see it way clearer in this one.

I mean come on now so cool. The attention. The deets also i don't oh no this like a little office space. There's no detail i almost forgot look at this eagle here uh.

An eagle of course a eagle yeah. It's insane look at his talons. He has this little fish that he's caught here uh. It's incredible.

I think skylights above pretty awesome. Now let's continue. This used to be the primary bedroom suite for the old cabin super super. Cozy.

I love how close we are to the roof line and these beams. We have the king size bed here door on my right hand side opens up to a small deck dedicated for the primary bedroom suite here because the seating area windows look out the views really cool i don't really see the point having a four four seats balcony from the main from the main bedroom light fixture above recessed lights it doesn't make sense here and continuing our tour. This is the walk in closet. Oh guys let's go outside and hang out on my balcony.

Guys just get through on my my personal bedroom looks so authentic and charming we have corset countertops concrete brass fixtures mosaic back wall and coming here we have the water closet on our right concrete freestanding tub. That they had to forklift here. Because it's super heavy. But it really complements the space and really takes advantage of this cozy window that we have here skylight above your walk and shower.

And that's okay. This is all kind of like like bringing us to the mud room and the laundry room. We have a door opening up to the outside that way you have an easy mega attack motorcourt built in cabinetry love the color ton of storage you have the drawers stone floors that are heated nice but the other side. We have the laundry room two washers two dryers.

A ton of cabinetry. It's an underappreciated room. Because we have a built in fridge and freezer here. All this cabinetry same stone floors butcher block countertops another protruded dog concrete sink master picture window.

Facing the front of the estate beautiful laundry room. Now let's continue our tour. We have the last store opening up to the primary bedroom suite and on our right hand side. We have the staircase taking out don't hit your head on the way loft that we're going to tour later as we walk into the space.

I'm just blown away by the ceiling heights exposed beams and columns and just so much character in this house. It's almost heartache. It's pokey playing among us or not everywhere you look you see different things colors. Palettes.

And you have your king size bed here kind of an open concept primary bedroom suite beautiful hardwood floors. You have sliding glass doors opening up to the backyard accordion doors on this side opening up to the side of the property. And we're actually located right above the garage that's located on the lower level. So it's kind of facing the side of the home super private you have the forest right in front of you and just this incredible scenic view.

It's amazing yeah so relaxing here so peaceful uh. The camera really doesn't convey just how peaceful it is here absolutely absolutely now king sized bed this wallpaper on the back is actually wood veneer. Oh. It's not really unique.

I don't think we've ever seen this detail before there's a reason. There's a reason. Why things are very very unique sometimes is that people people know it it exists. People know that it's a thing nobody wants it so if you're whatever against do you have it yeah.

It's going to be unique. But it's dogs that's one of those things fireplace tv above and your bathroom starts right. Here copper freestyle. It's ugly facing.

The views i mean look at that waterworks top filler waterworks designs these gorgeous fixtures. I mean whether it's faucets top fillers shower handles everything everything they do is stunning. This is weird now on our right hand side not bad actually for once marble clad all around marble sea chat. What do i always tell you chad.

I'm a big shower guy okay. I'm a big shower enjoyer. This is this finally isn't that bad. I approve this shower.

One two three jets. One for the underballs one for the over one for the chest upper and adjustable top rain shower. Very nice and a personal scrubber. Very nice bunch of knobs and and a cedar there i don't i like the bottom the the hexagonal.

I'm not a big fan of that it gets annoying. But uh. I like something more more polished that you don't you know shower. It's nice though marble club around you have marble mosaic towels on the floors.

As well as the okay don't call it like this mikey can we get a close up this bathroom. This walk in shower is absolutely gorgeous a little bit of an oversight. Okay and that's a very very slim thing. I would like a small hole here with with two hinges.

We can flip it so the air can go in and out sometimes it gets really steep and annoying. And you don't want to open the door of the shower. So you can let the air out a little a little bit of a whole hair or even two of them it can help this bathroom this walking shower is absolutely gorgeous your handheld your shower head your rain head showers steam detail and uh you have a built in bench. Absolutely gorgeous.

So timeless and on the other side. We have the double vanity copper sinks again waterworks faucets and you have your polished chrome mirrors wool sconces marble back wall inset cabinetry yes okay nice open bathroom design okay finish on the back. I like the live lighting is the disgusting thing about this okay. It's definitely good size.

But it's not the okay is the problem that i have with this sort of lighting. I feel like it's too directional. I feel like if you have a a big big uh a big you know boom. You know to to do your thing.

I feel like just and on the back. We have the walk in closet. More so if you want to add more space. Oh.

It's two directional utilize. The second floor left in fact let's go check that out next. But shadow isn't on that you don't want that super cool currently stays at the seating area and the office. We have all these windows looking outside you have different v.

Corridors everywhere you look closer to the roof line textures. Details exposed beams. It's an awesome space and like i mentioned earlier you can easily close this off make it a secondary walking. That's kind of cool.

I like that this space comes with two outdoor terraces. First one is right here two more next to the great room off of the entry and coming this way we have this bridge taking us to another outdoor terrace. I don't want to catch shadow no not in the bathroom. Let's go have a look i mean look at what is these white things in movies.

And they have like these like the mirrors like it's a it's a bathroom mirrors man this place is gorgeous. So naturally beautiful. We have a private pond on the lower levels to do it this place is just awesome. And that wraps our tour on the first floor and the second floor.

Now let's go down to the main level. So we can check out the back nice view yeah especially with the clouds and shift. We wanted to start our tour here on the backyard on my right hand side. We have the primary bedroom suite sliding glass floors open up to this wrap around backyard house from this angle.

Looks amazing you have your deck on the second floor exposed columns and even the decking is solid wood rather than some sort of a composite material yes. This is this is a little boring. But yeah all part of your estate and look at these views this will need like years to grow earlier yeah and the home belt yeah it has no give to it it doesn't feel like it's fine. I guess just what fireplace outside.

Which is awesome. They don't allow that for any other or newer homes. It's awesome. I can only imagine lighting up the fire pit and enjoying these amazing views at night coming here.

Yeah. That's a welcome about the 14th hundredth century seating. We actually have a utility area where they ran the lines and water lines for a possible or future hot tub here. So you have it all you have to do is just put your hot stuff.

And you're ready to go. Why don't you get a nice pool. And this is yours oh nice touch. I like that one more thing.

Rare consists of five different lots which totals up to forty nine point eleven acres and that's a lot and you can do so much more sure you can divide them up build other homes and sell them you can build guest homes or you can keep it super private as it is and build more amenities cam first you need water combined they produce around 41 kilowatts of power. Which is stored in a series of large batteries that can hold up to 300 kilowatt hours of storage. That battery storage can easily power the whole home for several days. The solar panels are also built to mode so during different times of the year you can change their direction to always get the maximum amount of sun exposure.

Why why wouldn't why wouldn't it do that automatically right if you somehow manage to need more power than the solar panels and the battery storage can handle then you have six one thousand gallon propane tanks it does run a generator that can power your whole house for months without needing any other power sources. They do that's not what the guys said on the mic those who are home like this. And it's fascinating to see this kind of take on a residential build and how feasible off grid living is with the new solar tech and that's it for the backyard. The fact that this home is fully off grid and self sustaining makes it so unique and it just offers such a different lifestyle.

So i'm really glad we came to utah here. We are oh wait a minute here we are at the lower floor landing. Beautiful flagstone floors this way. This is the other room that's located on the lower level.

We have a nice seating area underneath the staircase and this opening takes us to the screening room on the left hand side and your indoor hot tub on the right hand side this place is awesome yeah. This is uh really nice. I would not expect. This is actually really nice and social.

I like that it's very open it's nice of the thing. It's super social. This is sick and a pool right here across from your movie theater well you have according glasses. It is a big w.

So far this entire space open yes. It's an oversized spa. By the way. It has electric cover as well that way you can retain the heat here very easily you have wood look tile on the back and on the other side.

You have your screening room and in between you have this awesome. Bar. With sink fridge. This place.

Perfect. For you oh wow nice. Nice. Size tv.

Oh. Damn old paneling all around these leather recliner chairs. With this stitch. These are disgusting.

I i hate everything about this leather dog. But if it wasn't for that and oh my god pull designed off man it's super unique because it's actually sunk in a lot of times when we see these screening rooms or movie theaters. It will start off on see the looking ass man instead they've actually made the first row sunk in and developers told us that this is the spot to lay down relax and watch tv. And i totally agree it's called pit bull.

No we designer it's chicken feet steinway surround sound throughout pretty awesome spot and gets better mikey. I know you know this so. Let's show it to everyone we love a good secret room. That's right come on in imagine not going to the point secret safe room.

It has this super cool fort knox vault door that opens up it's not like the ones that we've seen on other homes where they're small. This one's actually really spacious ton of cabinetry you have a tv split air conditioning unit and around the corner has a half bathroom with vanity pretty awesome it even has a fridge. I mean everything you need all right let's continue our tour actually a nice touch though and on the lower level. We have a few more bedrooms that we're gonna see and after that we have a really really special surprise for you guys now.

Let's come here. We have a full bathroom here think about this bathroom as your house spa bathroom. Yeah open walk and shower with three showers kind of crazy this guy's on the house where uh they had a really cool shirt upstairs. And then they got this piece of dog that's that way three people can't i don't know how this happens who the knows you have your cool show upstairs.

A lot of good thoughts behind it got a good philosophy and then you got this fixtures. Look great you have reclaimed wood all around the bathroom. Including the ceilings. It's underwater closet.

It's missing like like more than one direction also the water power on the one on the one faucet. It's not that great it's just not like you have reclaimed wood all around the bathroom. It's not fantastic. It's your water closet pretty cool bathroom.

Now let's continue our tour same flagstone hallway the walls on our right and left and the sides are your concrete footers essentially part of your foundation after all the rentals okay other other rentals okay guys i don't make this weird again after all the rental homes or whatever add some the coolest showers and the most dog okay and i've seen them we have the live variety of showers and now i want to take everybody to the bedroom on our left. I know these little shower heads tops they're not good enough carpet on the floors definitely a very very cozy room comes with a fireplace tv and around the corner of course. You have a full bathroom with beautiful finishes. Now the second bedroom is even better in my opinion.

This is the bunk room. And it's so cool look at the whole setup. Okay. That is that is really cool that's really cool as a kid.

I like sleepovers what about my friends houses that's sick for sure the biggest or the most impressive bunkers. We've ever seen on this channel in any cabin homes and it's that's that's actually insane here on top built in seating area with an egress access. Then you have two more singles. Two fulls here a lot of words.

I mean what a fun room. You have a seating area tv. Reclaimed wood pretty much all around pretty awesome. The problem that i have this doesn't do it and deadly is always the the seating.

The chairs are so fast. They're all really bad it comes with a really spacious leather is so lame. We have it's not comfortable. It's not cozy style.

It doesn't feel good on your skin. It's just not it's sick with two faucets beautiful finishes walk in closet. And this is the bunker now fun part i want to take everybody back to the hallway. So we can go it's a boomer.

It's the laundry room it starts right here stacked washer and dryer dude you get out of the shower. Do you want to get dressed you want to do you want to watch the tv. You sit your ass on the on the couch. What one it's weird and then when it's leathered you you lift your ass you have a big red spot.

And it sticks on your dude. It's just weird behind these doors. But more importantly it goes you have this door like that and this crazy long tunnel that takes us all the way to the detached guest home. It is designed with the reclaimed wood on the ceiling on the walls and wall sconces to really capture the utah mining heritage.

It's awesome and this also saves you from going outside to go to your detached guest home you have this connection right here yeah. This is incredible. We've never seen anything like this. I told you all to remember that mining cart earlier this is why at the original cabin.

Exactly absolutely. And we have the static keys look at look at the most comfy like expensive cool stores you can buy not another leather except for the boomerang panels for the solar arrays right behind this wall. We have the batteries for the solar panels. Super cool and coming here.

We have this small hallway door on our right. Hand side opens up to the exterior. And that's the main door this door opens up to the garage down below. And we have this staircase behind me taking us to the second floor of the guest home.

It's an awesome open space perfect for entertainment. We have the billiards table here bar seating on this side french doors opening up to the front facing deck foosball table. This is what i bought today did you guys like it it's busting. It's so good dude.

It is so good you have no idea how good it is insane and this part actually comes with a full bathroom. Which starts right here you have your walk in shower vanity window facing the back and it's soft. It's so soft and entertaining it like it like swallows you in almost. It's insane you can easily convert the space into a few bedrooms and make it a proper guest home rather than this entertainment space.

We have the l shaped. I had clouds at home that's what i had in texas. I actually liked the dumb uh the clouds but then i saw that and i said it and i was like dude tv on the wall stack stones. So walk the ceilings.

And you even have a small kitchenette bar. Here with a fridge sink dishwasher drawer. And all this cabinetry again okay same reclaimed wood that we've been seeing throughout. They also utilize it for the cabinetry here and on top of that my favorite plain tv.

It comes with it outside that lens sofa. Set up let's take everybody there real quick. I just feel like the sofas aren't great either like i don't know dude you have more of these they're not welcoming. They don't they don't.

This is just awesome i love how they designed the home where you utilize outer spaces as much as possible better than the main and we're at the guest home deck right here. It was more than this incredible property. But of course. We're going to spend a few more hours here wait for the sun to go down.

So we can see this place at dusk that's good not hating. They're just bad.
