There's a lot of them juice crisp. Yeah. I got it i'll learn as i go um and then got it okay okay all right first things first of all is coating. The pan with butter is the most important part guys guys.

It's not this is not a cooking like a tent or whatever. It's like a good tutorial for you to at home okay. Um too much butter not a problem. Okay so big ass butter chunks.

That's fine as long as the pan is coated we're chilling chipping that boom okay that okay yeah also if you're american you're gonna love this recipe you did a lot of butter a lot of grease. We're good good guys is quality good okay the most important part about you guys the butter is not only for taste okay. It's only for um. It has a non stick properties okay so i want to make sure you get a nice coat on the whole thing even on the corners.

Because we're going to flip the egg. Okay if the egg is stuck on the pan. It's going to all it up okay so butter. Very important if you get too much it doesn't really matter it gives more flavor anyway not if you're going to go with bacon first what's crazy about bacon is if you're going to go ahead and cook bacon first right you can use the grease of the bacon to coat the pan and then uh it's too dangerous cool.

Nice uh bacon flavor to the egg. I did on strength maybe learning or not yeah. If you're if you're at home right now. It's um.

It's time for um breakfast. You could follow along with the steps. And then breakfast for you and your family. This is the burgers for one but um.

If you're gonna cheap if you're like a cheap um. It could be for two or three. Yeah okay i got egg egg. Okay uh.

It's not hot enough yet but ah. But it's starting to evaporate so i wanna just go ahead. And do it okay. Now the techniques are very important.

They do it like this and go like this ready watch this okay. A little bit on a little bit on the that's fine. That's what i'm done okay the way i like my egg is like that okay i pierce the egg. I make sure the membrane is like separated and then i like shaking my hand like this like mixing it see because the transparent okay i like when i break it so the yellow bursts out of it and goes into the white.
The the white transparent and the yellow need to be all one leave the photogram. I'm going for no okay i want to talk about your opinion because this is my egg not yours sorry about that this thing i'm gonna eat egg and you're not gonna eat it so this is my egg. You did okay i like shaking my egg. Like that it's pretty good now since um.

It's like can i cook. It a little bit a little bit of time left very important imports it's going to be um spices. Dude salt and pepper okay go like that bing and okay like this boom and then again freshly ground pepper okay just like that boom boom look look. It's not shouldn't it looks pretty decent.

So far boys okay at this point. Okay. If i'm singing a little bit of color. That isn't white on the sides.

I'm gonna go ahead and flip. It i'm not gonna do that i could just go like this hey it i'm not gonna do that actually it's not worth my time. I'm not gonna do that oh wow look at that color. Though holy more salt and more pepper all good some pepper okay tap it a little bit gentle tap.

I mean just look at it just look at it no now we're gonna play this up boys boom. One egg okay uh. I forgot i was doing two eggs. So just to make sure i'm gonna go ahead and chunk some butter back in there because i used a lot of butter.

I don't know why but it used a lot of butter and then egg. I'm actually to do two i want to eat a lot of this two more eggs. Okay watch this bing bong okay okay i break my juicer like that oh it's going out a little bit. We don't want that oh no no no no no something has been happening okay.

Unfortunately circumstances have been happening the yellow is burnt. So you don't really want the the transmitter and the white to be together even though it's mixing with the yellow. But they'll not on its own and you don't like that when you do that reason. Why you don't want this to happen.

The yellow is that it's um uh. It's not it doesn't it it doesn't bake the same unfortunately it doesn't make the same it's kind of different you're gonna get a different like consistency and uh taste on it it's just gonna burn. And be weird. Oh.

That's so much better peppa and salt. Yeah. See if my method is too high. I'll be trying to be i don't know oh my back hurts a little bit.

I'm getting old. I think something like that see it when i shake it okay dude. If it's moving it's not ready to flip yet you see it's moving you see though are you sure you're looking look look see it's moving at the top. We don't want none of that because if it's moving it means that it's too liquidy to flip over yeah.

Okay. You know you don't want that i'm not a big fan of steel. But it's like brownish okay. That's burnt butter and it's not burnt egg.

It's burnt butter under the bread. We don't want that not that much a little bit is okay um. Because since the the burnt butter is very overwhelming in taste. It it's to be a little hardcore of a base it's not like fantastic.

But it's not that big of a deal as long as not too much there's too much of it. It's going to be a problem otherwise. We're chilling. So peppa another renaissance of river.

But it's okay for now next. In a good breakfast morning like this on a nice monday. Dude okay want some good bacon this is it selection sorry um canada certified certified leaf um thick cut bacon preparation put it in the pan bro uh made in in uh. Made in canada.

What the good good good. That's important to notice that uh bacon is mostly fat okay. It's mostly fat so it's gonna get real dirty up in here. It's gonna get real messy.

It's gonna be a lot of a lot of fat coming out that's fine. We're gonna sponge it up later later you can sponge it oh it's not even that bad right now it looks really good. It's a good quality making it when i buy quality united states again. I'm starting a slice of of a bacon okay like that like they big you put it in that sucker dude in america.

There's like two liters of oil overblowing in a pan and i'm left with a strip about about day. Big like that like that literally nothing but fat there's actually no there's no actual meat on there man. It's 90 fat. It's crazy.

Oh. My god now for this you need to get uh. You need to get a flipper. A pincher just like that bing bang and flip.

It just like so a little bit burnt okay. It's a little burnt. But it'll do for now. And he was like oh.

When you put it out of the pan. It'll look ten times worse. Okay okay trust me on this okay if it looks already brown. And deep orange.
When you put it in the in the plate. It'll look way worse. My brother you'll see i do i could begin all the time again okay oh. So i like doing during the the cooking.

I like to sponge up damn see now there's less fats running inside. And we can actually cook the meat properly man. Oh we love all the flavor man you need to catch a drip bro. Okay now it yeah i get it this slows down the cooking a little bit.

But it's not a big of a problem. I don't think good okay bro okay. This is actually kind of stalling okay next up is my favorite ingredient that we're gonna use okay. It's um hold up hold up hold up chat.

It's that has zero kills on it thank you okay next up and slice the cheese a little exit on the top slices the cheese slices the cheese slice the cheese this knife is kind of scuff but i it's not that i normally use it's the different one i don't know what's wrong with it it's just not like it's not it's not doing it properly. I don't know what the this is okay also also this is very uh important note. Which cheddar cheese okay with cheddar cheese. The problem with cheddar cheese is that whenever you open it up it'll be it's much smoother than it normally is okay.

I can cut through the plastic like it's butter. The cheese is kind of thick a little bit. But um. Oh yeah. Oh good.

I'll problem. With the knife. I used um. I use the hunter knife and not not the sharp knife.

Not the hmm bacon. Think. It's really good is it good really good yeah and then let's get through the egg. Oh.

The egg is cold. Though i thought it's been there for a while because i had to explain how to do it dude yeah except the coldness wow certified meal he gets withdrawn the whole time okay here's his next certified meal that's insane tonight easy easiest cook in my life i'm not going to clean up a little bit white gum okay oh just a plate i'm going back guys guys. I guess i i do not i do not care man 10 out of 10 rating. I i i i cannot relate to bad cooks.
Sorry sorry is i can't i cannot relate to this is a absolute masterpiece scram. This is top notch breakfast of the gods. This is not it's not it's not a champion's record. It's a god's breakfast um tonight.
