8. All the tricks you do that arent on the carpet are dead slow and u dont land bolts, that kid would mop you ina game of skate dude be real. And making footage wasssnt that hard dude, vx1000's came out in like 95', and people prefer those to this day to film over the new cameras, and they were very easy to use, they were just expensive but by the time the early 2000s came around alot of kids had them, and tons of fisheye lens's. People still buy these to this day they sell for like 500-1000, brand new even more. And lenses ive seen are crazy expensive to. But unless you were filming stuff pre 1995, wich i doubt, it was very easy to make and edit videos. I mean i can literally attest to this i used to skate flow for a shop on long island in the early mid 2000s and kids could bring in there footage and they would edit it and make a shop video, and if u were lucky a few of ur best tricks might make it into the shop video.

9. I always love Roy's videos and go back and watch them again from time to time. He's a hugely talented dude and was actually a very skateboarder (watch his video skating in China), but he obviously got tired of the Youtube grind and all the fame. Hopefully he's enjoying the break and working on music and comes back big at some point. If not, hope he has a great life.

Actual cringe people think Roy Purdy made Industrial… This dude does videos about the fall of people's careers and he doesn't even do a basic piece of research like where that dance actually came from. Orange shirt kid took it from Roy and Roy took it from Goth people dancing under a bridge, who are part of the Cybergoth culture, which derives a lot of music inspiration from 1980s Electro-Industrial, further derived from classic Industrial and Punk genres.
