If you mod for a streamer, it's going to get you nowhere when applying for a real job. But you now what? At least that job will pay.
Imagine saying your workers will be paid in exposure. It's the free art shit all over again.
xQc, according to Mogul Mail, is in the same boat, although he states different reasons to not pay. Hopefully there will be more discussions on this and hopefully they will lead to more creators paying their mods, at least.
TL;DR don't mod. If you really want to, it's your free time to spend. But you gotta get that bread. And if the streamer is making money off your free work, that's a little unfair, don't you think?

Mods should be paid, hands down. I work for a company where we 'mod' for many companies – including twitch. Twitch modding is literally a job and streamers out here saying 'get a real job' is insane because it is a fucking job – even if you're doing it for your mate it's a job.
