I think this was glossed over, but xQc's advice is extremely vital to the health of a relationship. If you end up getting into an argument or something comes up to get you heated, it's gonna be alright. You'll reeeeally want to act on those strong emotions, but you need to hold it in, mentally disassociate from the argument, and go back into it with a much clearer state of mind a while later. Don't turn it into a screaming match or an insult fest, because degradation isn't going to get anything productive done. Sometimes as little as 30 minutes later you'll have an entirely different mindset and regret what you said, but it might have been too late. I've been in arguments with my SO and many times have we regretted our split-second decisions due to the heat of the moment.
xQc may sound like an idiot at times, but he knows his stuff.
TL;DR – Don't act on split-second decisions in arguments. Drop it, cool off, then calmly explain what's on your mind in a *discussion*, not an *argument*.
