I know this is an old video, but felt I had something to offer given my experience and others in said areas of comparison.
Given the room and the view with high ceilings…in Dallas, this was actually a fair deal, but nowhere near a great deal. The same apartment that size and view in NYC are around $4 – 7mil but highly influenced by location, LA would be around 1 – 5mil but relying even heavier on location. So this video is most like true on value.
Wonder if she still lives there though because she only seems to have 300-700 viewers consistently on her streams recently and from what I hear donors and subs are not frequently enough to afford such a place or anything close to it.
