There's still nothing wrong with the deal itself only that it's false-advertisement, you're still getting an item for a lower price. That's why other companies just say it's at a reduced price for people who want to buy in bulk.
Buy one get one free often in the UK at least…it's more a section of the store and you pay for the most expensive item out of the two things you select. Let's say the most expensive is a jumper but get you get the other item free which could be different article of clothing (like a skirt, pair of jeans t shirt, dress or coat) the way the video represented it as if you would buy the exact same jumper just because its free- Maybe I got confused.
