Because if thry stack up one smoke or one molotov fucks them and especially in this situation there was no time to stack up…
Instead what pros do is go for setups where they usually always can trade you out if your opponent peaks you Oo

In one of the biggest majors, in an important round, with enough HP to die from a single shot of any gun, in a position where he can’t escapes, with three people peeking him, and he manages to survive and defuse… That only looked easy cause it’s device
Stacking on csgo typically doesn't happen often after that long in the round, when your doing an entry or holding a site it's doable but in the middle of the round where everyone is rotating to hold/push the site stacking isn't what the circumstances ask for
