I feel like since Winston's shield is so booboo and gets wrecked in seconds.. maybe it should get the effect where enemies inside the shield take electric damage lets say 5 damage per .5 seconds. You know nothing crazy just enough to trickle down somebody just a bit Cause let's be real winston's dont put shield like a Reinhardt does to push.. Winston's usually jump in then bubble shield on enemies so if itd do damage itd be great
