2 years late but just wanna chime in on this dumbass "ACAB" bullshit. People saying "yeah there are good cops but they're in a bad system so they're bastards" it's stupidity to a painful degree. Anyone that makes that argument presumably have never even looked at a Nike product or iPhone or basically any-goddamn-thing, right? Because then by your own logic you're also participating in a system that abuses and oppresses people.
Not to mention the fact that "ACAB" COMPLETELY disregards all the cops who AREN'T standing by, who are doing the right thing and actively trying to end this sort of fucked up behaviour, of which there are several. If you think one individual police officer (which, yeah, newsflash, they are actually all separate people) has really any more power to single-handedly change the system than you do as a consumer of products made by forced manual labour then you'd be pretty mistaken.
And before anyone is like "yEaH bUt ThE cOpS aRe PaRt Of ThE sYsTeM sO iT's NoT tHe SaMe" I'll just replace it with anyone who has worked at any such company, same difference the point still stands
