They look at it like wanting to leech off of each other rather than jealousy builds up. working together to benefit mutually. Yep, that that's been like any house I've been that there's always and people always say but dude, and what about what about these guys and you guys like I'm not gonna lick anything okay I'm just showing you like there's no, there's no like, um, perfect green grass somewhere. okay building up. I'm gonna tell you like how it's not working people say well what about this house What about this one There's always problems and like that that are just trash. It's just kind of how it goes. Yeah, it's just it's leaving the leak or anything. There's nothing too like. it's a concept. Yeah, awesome. Yeah, animosity builds. There's a billion reasons, man, unless people just have a a button a go live button not using button. If everybody has something you have less time to worry about dumb and make bad ideas when you're going live and you're doing exactly so I don't mind I'm being like a half drama streamer these days, right? I don't know why. So when I sit down and I swap games I only go we are playing this. We're doing this. watching this. oh what happened to this guy Or that guy? That's what we're doing right now. I Can do it I Can do the drama thing, but whatever do the thing? Do the thing actually see you Joy Joy joy due to that little W and then do the drama. But as soon as we swap, oh, we swap. Okay and I can do both. That's how it is. The problem is people that have nothing in their lives going on, right? All the energy goes into this negative dog and it's just stuck there right? and then all the time of the day to feed into it. Okay, and they don't do themselves. These are people you leave behind on the line because they never walk forward towards anything. There's they're just. they're stagnant. They did nothing. You know they're morons. Okay, don't let that be you. and you don't even have a lot of viewers to have that mindset because it's not about Mountain viewers. It's about like how much you want something and how much like you are willing to work towards it. Even if you had like 100 viewers, you could still be a good roommate to somebody who has like thousands of viewers. If you have that same drive because when you're living together and you're not trying to leech off each other, it's more about like do you have people in your support network who kind of like understand the grind. True, but it takes a lot. It takes a certain type of people to be able to do that without getting into the leech mindset. You really gotta Scout them out. I Think scouting is like super important. um you know what's crazy I Always thought myself I'm glazing myself Okay, it's like there's a self-ego thing I've always been a good scout um wasn't the talent and like all feel that I'm involved with I Used to run a watch team in order to go pro and nobody wanted to take the leadership of the team. so I had to take leadership and just um, hire people, write interviews, kick them I had to select people and I had to manage a team and we made it like we all made it to Pro because I kind of like timed the ship. okay people allowed, get people in it. Tough decisions to make it right and scouting people that are good isn't easy. it's just it's just not. There's a lot of things that that will fund the radar. People that look good that are bad people. There's a bunch of things like that, right? Yeah, yeah, especially when it comes to like even like streaming. um like yo yo, you gotta voices Capital it's like about what you want man. Okay, this is how it is okay I I Just thought myself to be a good scout and I think being as a good scout is like super important. especially when you're doing like projects, other people and you know what? I hate sometimes? Is that? um just the pressure Like people wanting other people on stream when I know that they're not a good fit and it's trash right? right? It's like not a good game. It doesn't really do much. We're not creating anything, it just gets the whole group. It sucks the energy down, especially when it's like people that are like famous, like celebrities or whatever. They bring no value to the content but the numbers that they have. That's why I always say like I don't even invite a celebrity to do something right because they have no value for me except for the numbers. We can get the numbers by doing good content and then we have more ways to get there. if we can just get somebody who shows up and oh well, we have big numbers because some gradually he's famous I don't give a about that, it's just so long to me. Yeah so I'm talking so much no no, it's I find it interesting. No I'm ranting. Pop off yeah. I'm rambling. What about it? anyway? um yeah, it was fun.
