"didn't feel like him" yes, that's the point, before everything he finally accept how broken Saul are and accept his judgment.
"did Walter white redim himself?" There was no way to make a redemption, but he recognized that he was doing everything because he WANTED, something that he never accepted and he hadn't admitted. And he finally said the true to Skylar.
The ending was all about Saul realizing that he had been on the wrong path his whole life and finally understanding he had to take responsibility for all the immoral things he had done. Kim made him understand that because he ruined her life as much as he ruined his own. Comparing Jimmy and Walt makes no sense, they are not similar at all. Walt was an extremely bitter and spiteful guy, Jimmy was more just misguided and in denial about all the terrible things he was doing. Bad take Mr. Cow.
Don't get me wrong but Charlie doesn't really have too much IQ points. And that is alright as long as he doesn't try to use his influence on other people. That is where I'm wrong
