4. people that dont get why the ciggy issue is such a big thing, in the uk the cheapest pack of ciggys are like £12 and the government taxes them an additional 16% plus about £5 per pack of 20 so they make absolute fucking bank off them, this is why they dont like when people buy them non taxed

5. you cant convince me otherwise that bringing in 5k in cash being illegal is not fucking retarded. its literally impossible to prove that the money didnt stems from or is going to be used in illegal activities. if i walked up to you and was like yooo gimme yo wallet and i take out a hundred dollar bill and ask you to prove to me that it didnt originate from drug trade is unironically impossible. its just money making by the government. sure, you could have a convincing story but what if my believable story is absolute bullshit? same with an actual story for example if i live abroad and a relative died and left me 10k in cash what am i supposed to do? mailing that much money is also illegal. you can maybe print out the will or whatever but the airport personnel or the boarder control could just be feeling funny that day and not believe me and think i fabricated everything. complete bullshit money making law.

9. ik this is late but i hate seeing chat and xs takes about the money related issues. on the entry form, they ask u if u are carrying over x-amount of cash. it’s mainly because large sums of cash usually derive from illegal activity as they don’t want their money in the banking system. ofc this isn’t always the case but u still, just like food and everything else, have to declare that u r carrying over x-amount of money and not doing so raises red flags
