Okay, hello chat today I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna cook. um, the actual best tacos ever. Uh, it's a very commonly recipe. okay, uh, you want to cook along? Oh yeah, all you need to do is um, get some ground beef from your local uh store and then need a taco seasoning mix without a sticker Chad they didn't have normal uh Taco kit so I had to get this. uh mild. uh. but I don't think I matter that much Taco kit hot and soft so if hot is done, they're broken I think he's got the soft ones as a backup. but not really. you want to get. you really want to get uh, hard ones for this. you really want to get hard shella uh for this talk for the El Paso because um, the it's broken. the soft ones are very good. um wait. it comes with with toggle kids so I don't need to I don't need this I don't need it I don't need this right packets hard shell beef. oh oh got it. Okay, this is good spatula because um, we're gonna have to break down. um not anything literally like that. A little bit like a with a break is down into small chunks so it Cooks properly okay dude. I'll walk through the recipe I will chat I will walk you through the recipe. Okay, boom, that's done I'm gonna wipe it. This is like leftover egg but should be fun Coke This is like the simplest way you can make it. It's dank. It's super dank so you got it. Okay so first we you put this also this: you think it's easy to cook. Really? is. It is easy. but every step matters. I'll walk you through them. Okay, this the meat. If you overcook it. the taco. it'll lose the grease, the the the the fat. it'll lose everything. Yeah, you don't want that. also. um I think this is for one lb or half lb. So this is this is one lb. so we're gonna use the whole thing and I have to measure it one lb foreign. We don't really need any uh oil in this. Okay, no oil needed. Okay, so I don't I don't think we need to get any oil in this right? No oil needed it? Okay, no oil needed. but but because the fat is going to do the tricking. Um I think this is big enough right? Something that I know about that I can cook next time we're cooking some stuff that I don't know about. So I can give it a try like a cake or a muffin or a cookie or a um, a souffle or some. or like a risotto or something like that. for now. yeah, let me cook extra virgin olive oil. Okay and I can't open it. a little bit of oil coat the pan real good just to take a moment to appreciate cold the pan real good. Okay, anyway should be good. Okay, first take the whole stack fire, then I'll be splitting it up like this. okay okay like that. okay and then put it the other way like this. Okay now the trick here. Okay the trick is very important. Okay the other side is that you really really need it to get all the red outs. It's all like gray brown okay and not to no toasting it. it needs to net. There isn't never be contact between a dry meat and the the the the plate. otherwise gonna get brown. it needs to be great. It's important to break down all the thing okay no seasoning yet idiot. You put the seasoning when the meat is cooked and here's why. Here's why. Well the meat to be fully cooked right so there's no contamination that can happen. Okay No poisoning. okay but on top of that when it's fully cooked right as soon as it cooked not dry, you put water in and then you put the packets, add some diamond and you need to really let it sit okay and you can really get it in. and as soon as it does as soon as the water is evaporated you put the on simmer ASAP right and you really let it settle in. So all of the all the all the all the tastes gets inside the meat and just chills there without burning and losing much more water whether you want usually get dry yet now I'm gonna show you how to do it. Help guys I think I have food poisoning from these tacos. What should I do I Never expected this meat to be had this much water. I'm about to do I cook this all the time and I've never seen it. uh meat like this have so much water out of it it's dank. I don't know what the is happening. Now the transition is really important here. It's so important. Okay, the transition between uh, seasoning and cooked uh is like a tiny. It's like almost instant. So otherwise you're gonna be cooking all the taste out of it. Okay and you're gonna be burning you want? you don't want to be burned out, it has to be moist. but as we cooked okay it's not cooked. Uh, it's bad. Also, never swap to the other ingredients. Never swap, Never swap from this to a packet. Okay, well excuse me without having no rabbit because there's a chance that because that temperature change and with the water that you get uh, there's a chance that when we swallowed to the water the temperature is not high enough that it's not gonna cook right? So there's any uncooked parts. we soared to this to the simmer part, the chance it doesn't cook right. It'll be fully cooked first and then later. Okay, now I'm gonna prep my water fast fast. The packet says oh I think it's like a a one a table uh cup. It says two-thirds of a table cup of water yo I have no measuring device and I have to eyeball this to be honest I got it I got it. I have a um a um I have an Erlin Hurlin mayor uh, flask or some what it's called normally I don't drink the fats I'll drink a little bit of it also. look, this is one five I don't do math man I don't give a I'm gonna I'm going to barely drain it. barely drain it. barely. Not a lot though. a tiny tiny bit foreign. What the is this man in a minute, hold that hold up okay and then you have to really mix it. Okay, this part is the hardest part. Okay, I'm gonna have to focus here as best I can and really mix that ass up as much as I can. Okay, now let's see if it looks nice. Shut the up. Okay, here's gonna be the next steps. Okay, all the water. it's going to evaporate, right? But not all of it. Not all of this. Why? Why? I Like to give it a little bit of moisture right? and by the end I add special uh touch that isn't it in the instructions Tabasco sauce Tabasco sauce is insane. A little bit of Tabasco sauce goes a long way. Okay, well it's not done yet so you can come back some holes or wait till Dinner's Done Hey how about you wait till dinner? So we come back some hoes Man I'm cooking Okay when you're not cooking okay, you shut the up until dinner's served and then you can blame. It tastes like okay. You complain when it tastes bad. After it's done, you don't go in the kitchen. come collect some hoes. man. Okay now so we pay attention here. Okay, that's a really bad engine. I've been into the when the water's gonna be gone. Okay, the timing is almost protected. I don't put the Tabasco sauce yet. it's gonna evaporate and okay I will I want the Tabasco sauce to be really still liquid. Okay, as good that it's gonna mix in by the end when I'm starting to reduce it and let it chill. with the simmer mode simmer mode. okay what you don't want is too little moisture that the meat has direct contact with the plates and then it starts to burn. You never want to burn ever making chili. Shut up already. Jesus Man if I've collect some hoes, see this. See this. This is how you can tell how much water there is like this, see how fast it goes down, see if it closes instantly. right? you know there's a lot of water. Okay, you have to close a bit a little more slowly so that it's more. It's a thicker mix. It's thicker. It means that there's less water and it's more. Saucy More saucy like this. See, it's still too liquid. It's instantly going boom. Oh look at it. Look at it. It's coming along. Boys, it's coming along. Boys and girls, look at it. Did it. Are you stupid? I'll give it some tap so it's more compact. I Wasn't really taking this to the South so go like this very much. It's perfect. foreign. I'm gonna make five tacos. It's fine. Now this is a very important part. You're gonna let it sit. It has to sit. So at this point it's fine. It has to really take in all the juice and really boom. So I'm gonna let it sit yo. I would have done differently is I like adding um I have cumin a lot. it's your personal preference. uh I like smoke paprika personal preference um low-key maybe some like tomatoes. but I know you don't like tomatoes. um and that's all right measures for me. Yeah, but for you to taste it? Yeah, yeah. if you don't like tomatoes, so it's all good. I I'll eat anything so, but honestly, it's pretty good. Like this is pretty damn good. There's nothing like um I watched lettuce I could I cooked the meat entirely. There's no danger like eating this. Yeah, yeah, you know what? Whenever, uh, there's Taco Taco like taco shells I say it okay I like a big ass turkey cheese like that, right? and at least like this, right? And the sauce? oh that is, um, like a taco bowl. Like a taco bowl. They had a chat that was um, uh wait, whatever.
