Okay, i would hope everybody treats me the same way if i we have incredible amenities and on the top floor we have the majority of the common areas living room, primary bedroom, suites, incredible views, this home is designed by one and only paul mclean and from this Angle, you can really see the unique architectural lines of this property. This garage door opens up your six car garage. That's located on this level.

Now coming back, it's kind of ugly. We have this. This is nice. Taking us to the top floor, you don't have the entry retaining walls, i'm gon na be honest.

This is missing something. This is some contrast, uh, maybe maybe a flower wall pot here, so maybe something at the top right, maybe some dangling at the top. Maybe answer the contrast: this is the sort of way months of helmet. It's really bad to have the same color on the in and up all the way through it looks.

It looks like it's taking us depth where we have the entry retaining walls all around us. Super private nicely landscaped, and we have this candle liberal section here and he can pull my military's with that haircut. Here we are at the entry hardwood floors takes us all the way to the great room we have travertine on the walls which we're going to see a lot in this house, walls of glass bringing natural light, and this is the entry of this amazing property. First, i want to take everybody for 15 years, which we can see a lot throughout the home, your vanity design, total toilet that lifts up everything.

You need beautiful powder bathroom now coming back to the main hallway. That leads us all the way to the great room, but first i want to go through this pocket door here and check out the office seating set up right in the center beautiful wood tones with the hardwood floors and the wood panels. This is, if you have another another living room with uh with a tv and whatever more and more entertaining is actually kind of cute. I don't mind that, since this is pretty corner, we have the glass detail, bringing natural light, and over here we have a massive window assembly with picture windows on each side, french doors in the center opening up to a really nice private.

Behind this house, are we going to see you later in the tour? No, i personally really like this office. It's super cozy super intimate. We have more built-ins here desk setup and something about this room with the wood tones. It feels very, very timeless.

Now, let's get everybody back to the main hallway: on our left hand, side we have the kitchen perfectly flowing to the outside, but first i want to take everybody to the great room. This section is located right in the center of the property on one side, sliding glass doors open up to the backyard okay, this is and on the other side, okay, this is um. Fireplace goes way up way too high and not a place for a tv tv. Would you hear the tv it'd be too high angle coming into the angle of viewing it's just as much classes open up to an incredible courtyard space super? First, i want to focus on the seating area facing the fireplace beautiful first there's the room where's, the tv where's, the tv at where's, the tv.

Where is the tv there's? No tv, it's absolutely kind of rustic coffee table that they have right in the center oak panels, lighter tones this room wow, it looks it's like. I mean, look at the tendency, the seat and the hey guys, hey guys, you're over there. Okay, you're sitting down you're you're drinking coffee, yeah man. Let me let me get something out of my coffee like what the is that man wow.

Okay, excuse me dude. What the is that look i haven't, i could have died there. If you lived there, you could have died gorgeous. No, it's it's not behind the seating areas, including the legs, sits 12 chandelier above and you have perfect input.

You can move it to the right, a ton of next light coming in now, right next to the dining area we have the bar, they built this out of solid yeah. I i don't wan na be uh guys and i'm gon na be overly picky. This is just trap. Okay, i'm sorry! I don't wan na be true to negative.

This is dog. It looks like a purple. Man walnut looks stunning. We have limestone countertops sink refrigerator ice maker.

Everything you need here really complements the great room. Now i want to take everything you need here. This is just one faucet and a little square, everybody to the courtyard. If you look at the architectural lines of this property from the outside, it is almost shaped like a case, meaning you have this lake and this lake kicking in creating even more privacy for the courtyard.

You have the outdoor dining area right in the center. Four palm trees really frames the space and just creates an amazing vibe. It's actually pretty nice and those steel case stores open up from the office, and these steel case stores open up from the first bedroom suite that we have on this level coming back here. We have a water feature that is in america.

You look like a current that had looking us. It's qc current retaining walls go all the way up nicely. Landscaped super private. You have two planters built out of travertine, including the floors.

This place is awesome. Yeah. I really like it it's a beautiful day in l.a and uh. You can find a home like this, leave the doors open all the time it feels so good outside all the time right, super private.

This is one of my favorite areas in this house, and i have a lot of favorite areas in this property because it's gorgeous design elements, natural stones, wood, paneling throughout everything about it, is sunny. Now this is kind of it for the great uh. Okay, also, i think lighting is not very uncreative. Uh, i'm just gon na, say yeah yeah.

It is i i feel like it having an open space. It leaves a lot of room for very creative lighting and structures you could put for lighting right and it makes it stand out even more the less you have the more. What you put on is impactful and having a very boring lighting top like this over here. Right when it's all open, it's just trash, it's it's just it's garbage room.

I want to take everybody this way, so we can check out the kitchen it's located between the entry and the great room, it's all open, beautiful island right in the center. We have marble counter saint problem, it's the same problem right here. I just said it and look another good example all empty with these are nice little lights. Okay, i like that, and so this will be very impactful right, because you don't have a lot on the roof you're gon na have the thing you have will be very impactful and look at that room.

I just kind of wish that, overall, there were some um uh, onyx gray, accents to really make these gon na blend. In and look nice and pop out, but the fact that it's all a monochrome right, it makes it a little bit boring no contrasting colors with some cool stuff.

It's just boring and coming back to this section, you have rest of your base cabinets here: wolf, gas, stove, no couple rings and no rocks in the center. Your event set up again. Everything is nicely paneled in this kitchen has very minimalist lines to it and going back you have your main sink located on the island as well as the bar seating. This is the dishwasher.

There you go, i believe, yeah it's on aisle three section, four quadrant. 6.3. B3. C8, just like some of the other light fixtures and wall sconces that we're going to see throughout the house looks great and coming back here.

You have the second sink more cabinetry. This door opens up to a secondary staircase that goes directly to your six-car garage, which we're gon na see later in the tour and, of course, steel case, sliding glass doors, all open up, perfect indoor outdoor flow, and you have one of the covered sections here, outdoor Seating area, dining area complimented with a fireplace and tv, and you have your infiniti, no tv in two living rooms, but there's a tv outside area, dining area compliment also this viewing angle, it's dog. I know how many times i have to say it. This angle, nope dude dude, nobody likes what, if you like this, nobody likes doing that man with a fireplace and tv, and you have your infinity edge, pull right here.

This is awesome. This is why we love hollywood hills. Now, let's come back here to the great room, so we can continue our tour. On our left hand, side we have the primary bedroom suite that we're going to see later in the video.

Now, let's go this way. We have this small hallway taking us to two bedroom suites. First one also. I don't want to be rude.

Okay, one more time, i'm not a behind this paneling it with what under this design. Now, let's go this way. We have this small hallway, taking us to two bedrooms: four panes one segways four pounds always first and annoys me great room facing the courtyard. We have the french doors opening up here, picture window on this side, super private, nice and light tone see they understood.

These bedrooms are super super cozy and, of course, around the corner. Full bathroom, limestone floors, nice open, shower design, cool skylight above this is so bad travertine all around. In fact, this particular track routine is bro.

This is just come on man and installation here they have. The filled finish, meaning since travertine is a natural stone. It has these imperfections and almost like these small crevices and this application here they kind of filled them in made them super smooth. That's it for this.

What i mean it's a small shower head. It's too high up. Okay, the reality is even at max heat, you're losing so much heat on the way down from the top. When it touches your touch, your head, it's it's too yeah, it's dry, it.

It absolutely is too high. It is it colds on the way down. Also, why is a spaceship controllers on the opposite side? What the is that man? What the is that man? What is that? What is that bathroom? This indoor outdoor flow, this house is just awesome. What the just wake up immediately go jump in your pool and look at your incredible view. Dude you sit on this bench for for two whole minutes and you have a checkerboard on your ass cheeks deadass. You sit on this garbage for like two minutes and you can play chess on your ass and do it on top of that.

What even, is that on tv, oh motorized, curtains swap down long range, the room - this is awesome, like you said every day start your day here, it's indoor and on top of that you'll have a drop down tv. Okay, dude come on man. Another 42 inch across across the map. Sniper range, the car 98 range tv man to black out the room.

This is awesome, like you said every day start your day here. This is phenomenal. All right. Let's go check out the bathroom for the primary bedroom starts here: nice and open built-in tub on our left-hand side, surrounded with natural stone, as well as the back wall and coming here.

I got to show this detail to everyone in the morning. You wake up. You jump into your pool straight from your bedroom and you can just come up this way straight to your bathroom. How cool is this? You have a bosch shelf here.

That's my kind of detail. I like that amazing right, yeah and coming back here. Of course, you have your vanity two sinks: beautiful cabinetry reveal details open shelving for your towels wool sconces. This house is just so tasteful and coming here this one is what i hate about it.

It's such a it's such a guy. These are small small details, but they make the difference. Okay, okay, i know this sounds really dumb. Okay, how do you go from washing your hands to wash it drying your hands? How you drag your your your hands full of water over over here when it's dripping everywhere to get this? It's dripping all over the wood then like that, and then you can dr it's just it's an oversight.

It's just it's so small, it's so dumb. We have the closet here that we'll see in a bit this door opens up to your water closet. Look at this polished nickel door frame here and, on the other side, same polished, nickel door opens up to your walk-in shower marble everywhere, more tones rain head shower head bad shower head. This is awesome.

It's going to move bathroom. I love this detail and the bedroom itself gets phenomenal views of the city. No. Now i want to take everybody to the backyard, so we can talk about the architectural lines of this home.

Again we have the grass section right in the center. Your great room opens up candle levered covered patio on our right hand, side, beautiful, minimalist lines and where's the grill where's, the grill you paid 34. Do you pay 35 mil for this garbanzo, and you want to get your friends over. Where is the grill believe it covered patio on our right hand, side beautiful, minimalist lines and they also use travertine on the exterior facade this house just blends it so nicely neutral tones something about it, whatever some outdoor lounging area? What is this baja shelf on the left, and then you have your really dude? This is the best thing they can do for hot.

This is really good. What's up, this is the best thing about the hot tub. Where are the just the blasting 18 000 newton's worth of power in my butthole, while i'm sitting there? Where are things where no nowhere? On the main floor, let's go back to the staircase, so we can check out the lower level where, oh, my god, what was the staircase, so we can check out the lower level. What is that? It's a splinter generator all right.

Everyone, let's go check out the lower level. Staircase brings you down to the landing. They have the same oak hardwood floors. Also here and looking back this staircase it's poorly polished.

I really like this hand, railing detail and on the look at that, look at that. It's you can see, it's splinter, simulator back. You have this really tall picture window, starting from top coming all the way to this level, what it missed opportunity and it supplies great what that means. For a nice, uh, uh natural light to be nighttime lighting structure, a small area which could be a great reading, nook or possibly, a seating area facing the side of the property.

So i wanted to point that out this store opening up to the first bedroom on this level. King-Sized, bed, nice and spacious ceiling heights are great. We have okay. Okay, do i just want to say it? I'm i'm over this, i'm done saying it.

Dude dude dude sliding glass doors here, opening up the corner and giving your axe okay, you're sitting in bed like this. Okay. So like that, okay - it's like this, and then you have to go like this, like that and binoculars like that sideways, oh wow holy dude holy. What the is that bro? What the is that dude? I am over this side patty! This is so bad.

All these built-in storage areas, great bedroom and around the corner, it comes with where's. My tv tv, ed you mad mad travertine walls, go all the way to the ceiling and the same walls continue into this walking shower nice and open design, polished, nickel fixtures throughout and on the floors. Actually i don't watch tv because i i have worked too hard. I have so many long work days.

Oh my god. We have this limestone with this really unique pattern which looks great and we have the vanity design here. Same travertine was also used for the counter top your sink circular mirror everything looks great. Now, let's go back.

This is nice, i kind of like that. I kind of wish that they used a space to put something above again the landing. So we can continue our tour. We have a few more really cool rooms.

One thing i like a lot is lamp structures and anything that is creative for uh for lighting i'd, show you a bunch of cool projects or cool stuff that i have that i've been uh shopping for um, a bunch of new cool stuff. Well, i really like these wolf concepts for lighting cement finish. We also saw some of these design elements on the main floor and one of them is called. One is called mercury.

Maybe you know about this uh uh uh, it's kind of cool, it's gon na cool i'll, show you i'll show you guys. You guys should show you guys what it looks like so something you put like over. Maybe let's say um a dining dining room like this. It's really it's really cool.

Looking it's like a nice little like like uh. I have a button saved up for for that for the house, but the cool. I i got a bunch of yeah. It's really cool.

Look at this thing. That's so sick! Look at this yeah. I got a bunch like that he's taking us to the laundry room where we have two washers, two dryers, some cabinetry and sink and the door at the end. It's like mercury drops on water exactly, but except it's it's it's in the air.

It's like um, like a cool, just think about it. It's like putting mercury in water, these little drop droplet things because it's cool leads us to the six car garage that opens up to the courtyard that we saw earlier now coming back here. We have these double doors, open up to the gym. Yeah, it's super special.

You have your classic or standard rubberized floors ceiling houses. You have two mirror walls on each side, your tv, your gym equipment, it's definitely good size, considering the square footage of this one. Okay, this is nice, i i i, the lighting is pretty well thought out. This is whoever did the lighting did a pretty good job in this house.

I'm not kidding this is this is this is what this is, what i'm home and just like the rest of the house, you have sliding glass doors, all opening up great indoor outdoor continuity, and it also accesses your side, patio and you have a punching bag around The corner, which is super cool, great room now, let's continue this level is all about amenities. Coming back to the landing, we have these double doors open up to your spot. Now this is without a doubt. One of them was okay, so uh.

These are all cosmetics. These are all cosmetic pillars. Why? Why the? Why pool areas we have ever seen on this channel? It's not the biggest, but the way it makes. You feel the oak paneling on the wall, they're too big all the way to the ceiling, guys i get it makes it kind of cool, but if you're at the end, you're holding conversation with somebody, it's like sitting around whatever these those are so big that actually Blocks the whole view like that kind of annoying perfectly these columns that are all clad with travertine your travertine floor is a little annoying slit drain design.

Everything about it is stunning, and on top of that you have your indoor pool here inside this old marble mosaic tile. It looks very minimalist, it looks super inviting and this whole space has an extremely cozy vibe. Now, coming here, nice room, two handhelds, you have a massive soaker tub built out of the same travertine that we've been seeing throughout, and you have your floor drains here and again. They could have had this this this thing on the opposite side and hat and just blocked off this area and use this as a sauna great space.

Now, let's take everybody this way, you have some open shelving here with led lighting, and you have this section which you can close. You can add some of them with this door right here, bringing you to the second part of the spot on our right hand, side. This door opens up for this. What the is this sauna, which is always nice to have - and we have good sauna, this glass door here, opening up to the steam shower with built-in seating, nice and spacious, and they even carved out this section in the wall, where you can place your towels and All that good stuff and uh just an amazing spot yeah.

I really like this spa. It almost looks like a rendezvous, mickey mickey mikey cool design um. It feels like a luxurious hotel yeah. I like that.

There's no windows, it's just like is it done? I don't know it's just very vibey: it has a very cozy energy to it absolutely looks great all right. Let's continue our tour back to the landing on our right hand, side. We have the powder room for this level and coming back here: okay, okay, what the landing, on our right hand, side! We have the! What the is that? What your powder room for this level and coming back here, we have the last doors opening up to the movie theater the darker tones throughout. I really like the design of the walls here with these vertical panels like this, but we're like this whole time, so you're going to describe really warming up the space seating configuration is a little bit more intimate.

You have the l-shaped couch two chairs screen on this side, projector right behind me. It's just a nice intimate screen group now that wraps our tour on the lower level, let's fast forward a few more hours, so we can see what was it? What what's up with the asset ratio? Whatever this just seems kind of low, it just seems such an oversight, it could be, it could be lighting, it could be. Art could be anything for the tour.
