Oh, this is my new house. What do you think yeah? This is the biggest and the most expensive home currently on the market in the united states, with an asking price of 295 million dollars. It is also the most requested episode on our channel, so we're really excited for this tour. Now this home, no, no wait! Wait! No! We've seen this house before uh.

This is the uh, the library or the the office zone and there's countless shelves full of nothing. One hundred five thousand square feet of start our interior on the motor court. Long driveway brings you up here the office yeah. Look at this look at it.

Look at that! Look at this look at this. Oh dude! Let me put a book all the way up. There, man and uh: how do you even get the book there? How do you get the book 25 foot high ceilings, skylight right in the center walls of glass facing the views? We have to literally risk your life and climb up to get the book surrounding the entire room, and this corner glass looks towards your motor. Cord scale is amazing.

We have the desk set up right in the center and the entire room is complemented with italian. It's just solar panels with led lighting that looks really sleek, and on top of that right above us, we actually have a balcony looking down on this room, it's sold for 126 million later in the tour now bringing everybody with an asset price of 1.95. Back again, we have the staircase on our left, going up to the second floor. Jesus.

This is a beautiful powder room with a marble pedestal: 50 percent. That's a good coupon man accent jesus somebody must have been using a honey or some man. 50 on the house, entertainment walls of glass, explosive views, two king palms - you have this beautiful art wall. With this 20-foot fireplace you have this beautiful lounge i mean this is amazing and brendan furniture looks small here.

Room is so big. It's insane how many square foot you said this room was. I think this is about three thousand square feet. That's incredible! I mean these are good-sized couches glass, it's the angel wings and you know what that's for, because that's kind of cool is why they call it.

The city of angels, oh off, oh off, dude jesus, this guy man! Now i'm gon na take an interesting round. I'm gon na just everybody here back to the foyer. Of course it opens up to the outdoors yeah the rain, the rings near the staircase. We have an amazing opening with this art installation.

It looks like a museum. See from this house is that you can make it big and very marbly and and square, but at the end of the day, it'll look okay, it'll, always look like a museum. That's the problem with these houses, so you have to yeah yeah. You have to be really smart in the design, so it doesn't look like a museum complement it with the water feature.

Who raided it right? What right? What installation of this sculpture took over a year? Now come in here we have another staircase floor and we have the art gallery just an open space. On our right hand, side. We have the mode right in like what is this like? What is that who would ever sit there and and actually use this room? Oh guys, i'm out of breath from wanting to play another guys. Let me stop here at the red panels.

You have your lighting perfectly positioned and at the end of this hallway we have a guest bedroom. So, let's go quickly check that out seating area off of the entry king-size bed with a padded back wall. Super spacious room has a door that opens up to the motor core for easy access and coming here, i'm trying to figure out which features are going because there are so many, let's quickly check out the bathroom it starts here. Marble floors, marble walk-in shower with this mosaic detail: chrome finishes total toilet, so i noticed chad is that people with big ass houses and nice houses usually have bad showers.

What is this shower? Dude you just you just you just paid 295 million for this, and this is your shower some crepe of metal with a couple dots in it. That's that's just just pissing on your head that you're dude, i'm six too. This would be like touching my skull walking to the bathroom floating vanity walking. Now, let's go.

What is that the hallway and as opposed to what we have you have 295 million of a house student? Did i want the jets on the sides at the top at the bottom? I want some some twirly jet. That's like that. Precisely massaging my butthole dude yeah. What about it? I just paid 295 million.

Are you kidding me we're gon na go this way, we'll be walking a lot in this home? I mean mikey, look at the scale here. I just keep walking yeah. I haven't gotten the chance to talk much yet because i'm a little bit overwhelmed like uh. We've done a lot of walking already, but we've really just started so, let's, let's, let's keep going absolutely double doors open up to your library.

Now i say library, but this okay. So this is a library it has less space books or actually it's not just not. It's just not a library, don't you continue our tour by the way mikey. Can you expose to the outside look at the views here? We have downtown los angeles from every angle of this wow.

That's what are you doing? Of course we have sliding glass doors here. Opening up to the outdoors and coming here, this is where we have the family, the view guys. This is like a scene from the movie missed or some you can barely see anything, it's so smoggy of course, and coming here. This is where we have the family room and the kitchen i'm gon na start our tour in the kitchen.

It is super sleek. I love this polished, cabinetry waterfall edge; okay, okay, okay, okay, you guys guys one more comment: that's negative! Okay! I'm done with negativity guys! Yes, people need to stop with this hidden dog thing. It is so bad unless you know what to do, and you know how to pull it off if it's not well accentuated, okay, hidden cabinets and hidden stuff make make your your kitchen look like the break room of some shop dude. It is.

This looks literally like a break room of some like corporate office. It's bland, it's so bland, because a kitchen is vibrant. It's not a piece of art or it's a tool. A kitchen is made for you to sit there and cook food and entertain.

What is this? How is entertaining it's dog? I love this polish cabinetry waterfall edge on the island. Look at this. It looks like at the airport where everybody charges their laptops. They should have out.

They should have outlets over here outlets and they have little cubicle walls. Because that's why you charge your laptop, the biggest islands we have ever seen on this channel nicely decorated, glass panels. I mean look, how sleek these details are. I'm pretty sure this is a rose gold finish, which is something we don't see quite often, and of course you have yours, that was an apple dude.

It's glo dude, it's a glossy finish on the army on a bland colored background with nothing on it. You you're looking at this you're looking at this, is that what you want just looking at blank? Those are they're glossier built in espresso maker. Sorry, mike i'm pushing your left and right, but these are cool. I want to have one of these we've seen one of those before we have tried one of these before yeah.

I actually had another one of iranian brands. This is bad. This is bad, that's correct! All right! We have two mila induction cooktops here with pop-up vents right next to that we have the first prep sink. Second, one on this side, pop-up plugs very modern, very sleek kitchen.

Now, let's go back into this. Also, they always made these houses for, like 80 000 people or some like oh pop, up 18 million bathroom, it's one car garage. This is all you got for your this all you have for for your uh utensils and really what is that plugs very modern, two cabinets for all your uh into the family room. So we can check out the seating section over there.

Two l-shaped couches. Oh, it's hidden table right now. What's in it, i love hey, hey, jaden, hey. Can you give me a play button for the bag? Dude? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.

Give me a minute. Did it it's done? It's drawer e4 where's, my plate. Dude, which compartment e4 where's the foot, it's so done, dude, it really ties the space. Of course you have your a bad linear gas, fireplace suede walls, cozy, room, marble, clad wall on that side and slightly glasses mikey.

Let's go check it out and i also want to mention they're still putting some of the finishing touches in this estate. They're still working, certainly i'm not negative okay, i know, but it's your design we'll do our best to show you guys everything. I know my another hallway here powder room for this part of the home and coming here. Of course, these massive sliding - that's nice, that's nice to the outdoors as soon as you walk in all these.

These are automatic because jordan goes back, is very annoying. Downtown los angeles is right in front of you. This is just, in my opinion, guys in housing. Okay, the main thing you understand is that people - and you are lazy - okay - if something to if something that you need to do, will take a lot of effort.

There's a good option. There's a good amount, there's a good chance yeah, you just won't. Do it? No, not only me everybody. If you come home from work, let's say you yeah, you have a nine to five, you have to work and you want to watch tv you're not going to go and pull out some curtain back and some drawer and some what i did you just want to Sit there and click play, that's it.

Otherwise, you simply just won't. Do it right most things. These houses always take some sort of manual things yeah. Just dogs should do fact.

Mikey. Let's take everybody to the grass section. I love these palm trees that are right in the center of the backyard to give everybody a quick scale. That's the foyer, that's the main lounge that we toured earlier.

We have the bedrooms on the second floor and the lower level that we're gon na see in a bit but, more importantly, look at these views and they did a really clever touch here in my band guys, you guys, whoever did landscaping here. They didn't really think this through all the way through, i feel, like only grass, is pretty bad here, i feel having a nice thing for a flowers garden, guys there was there's opportunities here for some sort of flower or accentuation for the green. This is, this is just gon na blend in boring, foot jogging trail. That's right! So an opportunity guys guys nobody's gon na nobody's gon na go sit.

There be annoyed that there's a nice little little spider boom for some chill flowers below this mode. That way, they have the glass railing there, since this property is on a hillside which allows this mode to have no glass railing and from any part of the first. Oh, the floods are hidden. You lose oh there's a compartment again, you have to pull at the pool, uh they're, hidden flowers - oh, like you got it.

This is simply a minute i mean you can literally see the mountains all the way back: hollywood hills, downtown century cities down below you, pacific ocean. These are, without a doubt, one of the best views we have ever seen on this channel. Yeah mikey. You look a little speechless, we're just so high up here too, but i was actually looking behind me in the ocean.

This is like a map from black ops. Absolutely now we're coming to the side backyard. Let's just call it that we have the jacuzzi here, which is oversized marble floors even on the outdoors. Yes, look at the plants guys look at the plants they're all something that they added on to.

Oh we're gon na put this onto onto because a lot of things a lot of things. What green stuff and plants is nice when it's, when it's into it's coming out of the ground, there's a hole in the ground with some. It's just implants when you put stuff on it looks it looks trashy dude, that's your covered patio space right there with a massive built-in. This is your main pool that has three infinity edges.

It's crunchy flat mosaic on the bottom, it's clean and you get so much outdoor space. That means a cute property is pretty big. Let's just face it and not only get amazing interior square footage. You get a lot of outdoor square footage and i want to particularly cover this section, because you have so many more amenities on this wing.

You have an outdoor dining area, another covered seating behind you huh guys. This is not my house man. This is not my house man, this is for entertainment, for you guys to look at some plants, some man, small, wet bar and right behind this section we have the outdoor kitchen. This is, without a doubt, one of the best outdoor kitchen slash barbecue areas.

We have ever seen in any residential home. You have so much cabinetry, multiple fridges, ice maker, teppanyaki sink and focusing together this place. I'm telling you guys the people that live there - okay, they will use this about twice. This will be used about two or three times in the entire lifetime of the history of the house.

It's probably gon na be like 40 years, two or three times at most warming. Moving all your utensils, all your meats and your vegetables all the way to over there. It's just annoying dude, it's just annoying, and you have more girls here. Literally everything you need, uh, that's useless useless.

This is the biggest home in the world. Bowling is one of the the least done activity on the planet right in the current year. Yet all the houses that are rich have a bowling alleys in mind square feet of living space. It is divided up by a structure of 30 000 square feet.

That is actually the home and then underbelly of the home. This old cloud with marble has the recessed wall lighting glass railing and you come to the landing level. We have this art gallery space here and i want to take everybody, this side, art really we're going to walk a lot in this house. Oh, my god, awesome terranian, 50 car garage they're, still working on the house and finishing some of the areas, but i wanted to bring everybody here, because this is a great place.

I would. I would personally just just push my take if you're gon na have a big-ass house and you got a garage - that's made to hold going to be cool, uh, epoxy, epoxy, epoxy glossy finish nice bottom. I don't like this gravel looking from the driveway and bringing it here. We have all the sliding on the ceiling and they went with darker tones for this space now coming back here.

Marble floors throughout. I want to talk about the future wall. That's in front of us with the butterfly details and the portraits, multiple seating areas and the space something reflective epoxy usually for the bottom is much cooler than asphalt. If you have cool cars and a cool car garage, i mean look at this hallway here.

This is incredible: now we have a seating area on this side with beautiful lacquer, cabinetry, recessed and tv true, and we have two guest suites on this level. First, one starts right here: spacious, room, king-sized, bed, sliding glass doors open up, so private balcony, and, of course, this from also every room is a square bathroom. Tiring now coming back here, get creative right next to the seating area. We have this hallway, taking us to the second guest suite on this level.

Same finishes darker carpet on the floors. Another cube this is slicer. This is our cube number six um. Now we're going to cube number seven and then we're gon na go to the rectangle.

Now, coming back to the landing, we're gon na go this direction. Now this is my prism alley. We have to go to our cube room utility access and come in here. We have another lounge area, the amount of seating areas in this house.

It's kind of mind-boggling. Another u-shaped couch a linear gas fireplace i like the wall, textures that they have on this side and right here we have this marble table right in the center of this room, and this will essentially be what is this color uh storage area? What is that? Another? Great common area on the floor, it's kind of hard to see from the camera. What is that anything in them? They're, really deep, i'm sure, once you uh put your storage racks in there, it's gon na fit a lot, i'm sure yeah. This is like the beginning of an escape room.

You have to like find the puzzle pieces in the in the locked, closets, incredible amount of words. Another bar darker tones with lighter counter tops and they use the darker finishes on the walls here as well. Of course, you have your sink fridge and the seating area behind it and another city same on the ground and we're going to continue our no license mike. What do you like? I think what we're about to see is probably one of the coolest parts of the house.

This is the brains of the house and okay dude, there's so much space that they wanted to make it a future uh wall kind of a section. That's why they have this enclosed glass here, okay, my man's got three rows of servers and the most insane thing he does is probably play a game of clash royale when he's it on alley. Number 12, bathroom. 16.

Yeah! Amazing, that's not what i was talking about, though. What are you talking about? Well, what we're about to see now? Oh, yes, of course, i i hear you enter the powder room on this level and look at this hallway. I, like these art pieces, huh it's creative. It's creative we could have came up with that idea.

I mean what what is that me x4. Please watch this another powder room gorgeous cabinetry, i'm sure we're going to see many more bathrooms. Let's see these are lockers, that's what it is for your gym and when i say gym, i'm not talking about like a couple hundred square foot room, i'm talking about an amazing space and look at the scale. Here i mean the glass opening up.

I can't wait in in the real world later on, i'm telling you guys you're gon na go into these houses with actual glasses and with a headset. That's like about this big right and you'll be able to see all the nfts in the house they're going to be putting in they have the sparkling. Look at all the nft land space that we got here. Boys look at it so much space right now.

You literally have everything you can think of. I like these ceiling mount tvs darker carpet here and right. On the other side, we have a juice one for my ape one for my mouth, my goats, this is a commercial kitchen. I mean the amount of cabinetry, all you're missing is a stove and a vent, and you have a commercial kitchen.

I like the bar seating, you have all your equipment here. This is where you drink your fresh juice. Do your yoga work out and uh? It continues on this side and you have a living wall and all these houses. I don't realize this is mind.

Boggling right, yeah, you go to the gym. The place you're gon na put a lot of energy boom like you're gon na be stimulated, but yeah boom boom. I want motivation and you're going it's white on the white on black on the white, with the white light and the white light the light holy. I also forwarded out of one of the six acres of grass in the backyard.

Looks like a desert. Now make some good juice anytime. You want it most likely yeah, most likely all right, ready indoor pool. My favorite room in the house is the wellness center because i've seen a million of them.

I've seen so many cold plunges in jakku. This is the hallway that we just walked and, of course we have these automatic sliding glass doors here now you will have another set on. I don't get it. Yes, you bathed in here, okay, been here, you get you get out of the water.

Where do you go? Where do you go? You're all wet and you're dripping wet full of water. Where do you go? Where am i going amazing other words living wall built-in bench, seating and it continues mikey by the way. This is the hallway that we just walked and, of course you have a challenge lighting glass doors here now you will have another set on this side. It connects to, i believe, powder room here and come into this section.

You have another seating area and you go naked next to the people who are were enjoying it guys, you guys who are enjoying the nice piece of foil, guys, everybody's out there i'm doing the foil, oh man. This is something we call uh tinfoil, it's just tinfoil. Two million dollars - this is a full-size salon. It's a 5g blocker, maybe full size doesn't do justice.

It's like a commercial salon. Yeah. This is kind of cool chairs. You have hair washing stations, you have chairs for you to sit down and get a haircut and they have this nice kind of.

I think this would have been cooler with a more like of a marine blue like a deep blue thing rose gold. What do i know panels here, which is kind of a retro detail, led lighting throughout another space. It's part of your spa now coming back here, your spot continues and over here, while you're heating, it's just steam, walk-in showers, heated benches, where you sit down and in fact they have water lines on this section, so you basically get water poured on. You have a dry, something that i rarely see in these houses, whatever is it in their steam showers? There's really something to lay on ever right, it's always flat and rocky, because sometimes you wan na you just wan na lay in the shower.

Why can't you lie on this section? So you basically this is. This looks like a prison, exactly yeah yeah. This is a prisoner and they're all built like depends when the parlor is a package for you that can accommodate up to 20 people. I'm i'm a little bit lost right now.

I'm sure audiences also, but show us show us how we get back all right so like we're basically doing like a full circle right, i'm gon na. I just realized, there's a powder room here with a gorgeous marble thing. Another wet bar and come in here from an inch every four rooms has a bar. That's that's a problem.

I mean that's like it's like a cultural problem. You know you don't need to have a beer. Every time you go four rooms deep, you shouldn't have. We just came to the bowling alley so now we're doing kind of almost like a full circle on the lower level.

We have a golf simulator here, of course, why? Not if you have a bowling alley, it just compliments. That's completely bowling alley. It's not like a potential bowling alley. I tried that just can i find them.

This is as if it was in a hotel and am i out of work i feel like i'm, actually doing a bad job explaining some of the details. Well, i mean this is there's a lot. This is a lot to talk about. I don't blame you.

This is uh, this is wild. We haven't seen we've seen bowling alleys before, but usually it's like one lane, maybe two guys. I just feel like a little bit shorter when it's time the house is so so modern and stale. I feel like any time that there's something that's exciting: they don't know how to express excitement like what is that everything about it? It's like what is that somebody wants to go play here.

It's incredible wall panels. What is this lighting? This is uninspiring. Tv is above amazing, just amazing all right. Let's continue.

We mentioned this multiple, it's like a map for a brick breaker in the house. So in this case, i think they're doing some touch up to the paint, but this is your tequila bar either. Another bar backlit glass detail here wow on the bar display too all open shelving. Normally this would be your seating area and let's go back to the main hallway if i'm not lost here.

Let's see another bar this whole way behind that wall. We have the nightclub, but first i actually want to take the night club. This way we have a few powders, of course, guys and i had to go pre-drink at bar number 16. Before going to the night club dude, that's the my bad that we came down from and before we wrap up there.

I actually want to take everybody this way there. You go. Oh learning this house yeah, so another hallway, don't you dare don't you there's? No way it takes us to a candy room. This is a colorful touch to this estate.

We have these candy stations running all the way. Okay, that's kind of what you're doing led lighting round cabinetry. I got ta give credit to the developers if you ever get to the spot, where you're eating that gum over here dude, it's probably so hard you're gon na crush your teeth trying to eat. That's a nice thing.

This is too oxygenated perfect, too much oxygen way too much the movie theater, and this movie theater, is something else in fact, mikey i'm gon na go left. Why don't you go to the right meet me at the movie theater? So everybody can get a full scale, because every time that the amazing space, if the auction is, is going to interfere with this candy, i mean they they go. Driving like this. A movie theater doesn't do justice.

This is a commercial computer and it's so decked out with the carpet plush walls. This is nice, surround sound. Look at these recliner chairs. That may look like comfortable sofas, but you have all the amenities there, individual lighting and the ceiling guys.

The sound dampening is actually quite bad. I'm not you guys, i'm not trying to be weird. I think it's a good size screen here, but the dampening doesn't look that crazy. A lot of amazing movie theaters.

I mean a lot throughout the world, but this one takes the win for me because i would love to sit down here. Look at this massive screen and watch a movie. Let's see if i can get this thing to work. Oh yeah come on nope! That's right! I'm trying to make this work mikey.

This is missing guys. It's missing something you can pull from the side. That's like a table. You can eat.

Okay, guys if i'm, if i'm watching a movie okay, i want a bowl of popcorn, a sack of chips. Candy, i'm able to put my feet onto something my feet. What what is this thing? What is that? What is this they have to have 12 bars. Was that your time to drink it, they have a small table, they can hold like two drinks.

What is that, and it's not pulling it's not doing anything? Oh there, you go, i mean, isn't this amazing, i'm out of words again some of the common areas in this house. Of course, i'm nitpicking it guys. This house is so funny, i'm role-playing needs. I i just i just i just paid 295 million dollars for this.

I think, and i can't put two coats on my table on this level or on this part of this home. I actually want to take everybody outside, so we can check out the nightclub. This is the charity event room. What would you call this room? I would call it a nightclub, but i mean it's just.

I would call it as a square. This is a square but anytime. This is not super open. You have the commercial set up for your events.

Where are your entertainers? Where are they going on to? Why is there? Why is there at least some sort of stage there's a high ground? Why is there some sort of back room? Why is it not something where the dancer is going to go on? What is this this is this is this is a ballroom, it's a dance room and more views. More views, 5, 000 square foot rooms from the house guys somebody is presenting something in somebody. Has the mic on it he's within a new project, a charity product? Where does he go to just to say his future? What does he go to? Does he hop on the sink? You want to throw an event or an after party you bring him down here. Has a private entrance huge dance floor, huge outdoor, incredible pit club - and this is basically where you just get your groove on.

That's right. You have the dj booth, you have the vip lounge and one of my favorite things, the fire pit right over the view - and this is another pool. So if you want to swim in between this is a hazard you're at a nightclub, and you have to jump over and you have to hop skip like some mario game to go to the spots where you don't drown in the water. Absolutely horrendous.

Who thought about this brandon we got, that is a hazardous abuse. This is incredible. I mean you have downtown los angeles, somebody yeah when you miss your step over here and you, you fall over you're six foot, you're about to crack your entire leg, trying to get into this thing. Well, this is the death trap, the perfect weather, in los angeles, you don't even feel the weather, it's the perfect time.

What is this right now 70, something degrees views and we're in the dead of winter. This is amazing. Brenda has your leg falling through the hole. I just want to get into this right and you fall over your leg you're like wedged in between it.

It really snaps. I need you to go in there just snaps backwards incredible. I mean the scale here just like the fire pit in the center. It's pretty mind-boggling, and this is where you're entertaining with your friends and then, if you want to take a dip in the pool, wait a minute be mind-boggling, and this is where you're entertaining with your friends and then, if you want to take a dip in the Pool - and you got this incredible water feature - and this is the subterranean level, the lower level, but views all around two years here we are the second floor.

I said it again guys as you guys what i was saying see. This looks modern and cool like anything. It looks like a museum. It just does right.

You need that you need to be very creative. Make this look like it's a museum here. We are on the second floor, landing. We have beautiful hardwood floors throughout seating area on my left, but first i want to actually take everybody this way.

So we talked about this detail music on the first floor in the office, and this is the overlook area and, oh, my god, the scale of this room we have a massive skylight above us cabinetry goes all the way up to the ceiling guys. Let's do that. Let's go: look at gerald he's doing his tax down below looking for his book on shelf number 16. 000 dude.

What is it look at him? What is it overlook on it? This house, the man, is at his office. Unlike anything else, we have ever seen we're tired we're out of breath just walking through now. No we're gon na try to do our best to show you guys as much as possible, because that's what we're doing! I told you last time four bedrooms, but it wasn't at the time. Let's check out the first one here gorgeous finishes here with king-sized bed, padded back wall suede wall on this side breathtaking views.

I love that juliet balcony detail. Of course, you have your full bathroom here with marble, clad back walls, floating vanity, walk-in shower everything you need um still gon na one, a ufo, that's it for water, that's it and some something you you hand hold now. This is one of the access points to the rooftop deck that we're going to check out in a bit and that right there is a powder room for the landing, no jets. Why isn't there jets? Why do you have to go impressive? Why, of course, has a full bathroom too and coming here? These are the two best bedrooms we have on the swing.

Let's quickly check out this one here, of course it comes with the kingdom of the square hardwood floors. Walls of glass facing these incredible walls of glass, literally call that a window looks like a movie over here, yeah uh, again, it's an incredibly clear day today, but the ocean. I don't think we've ever seen a view of the ocean. Quite like this.

Absolutely unless you go to malibu yeah, i guess we are a little bit farther west than we usually are in the hills, but correct still it's a great view of the ocean. It's an amazing view. Look at the scale here mike yeah, i mean that's. What a shower is it's a human car washing to tour every single room in detail.

This would be a three hour walk through the ocean, um guys guys in between between smog, one and depth. Three boys there's some there's an ocean that i can see a little bit farther away. It's somewhere in here. Remember it's gon na really look still it's a great view of the ocean.

It's an amazing view. Look at the scale here, mikey, let's quickly check out the bathroom, i mean if we were to tour every single room in detail, this would be a three-hour walkthrough and as a total toilet. I love this finish that they have handheld floating vanities with this recessed and sink design. That just looks gorgeous all right, mikey one more room to see on this wing, so we can show to everyone again we're gon na try our best.

There are so many rooms to see all right come in here we have the last bedroom on this wing. This one is the biggest another square same hardwood floors, king-size bed. I just love the furnishings here too, very minimalist very to the point and before we check out the bathroom, i actually want to bring everybody here, another massive recess back steel column. You can actually see the scale of the chandeliers too. This is terrible. Coming back here, we can take a closer look at the art installation that we talked. Oh just stopped just stopping just looked down on your guest home and there's so much negativity, it's not being negative, though dude, it's just because it's tennis court, pacific oceanography.

This thing isn't taught out, though the rooms the size, the lengths it's just, i'm out of work. Yeah all right here we have a trash but dude uh. The soft clothes how the tracks are underneath the cabinetry, the rose gold slime, finishes the last cabinet chandelier. Here i mean the list goes on and on and on. Let's take everybody back to the uh hallway again, so we can tour this second bathroom, which has more of the darker tones. This one has more of the lighter and kind of neutral tones. Now bedroom starts here. First, one: let's go through this and check out the second one as soon as you walk in you see this massive dude dude right in the center and behind me we have these glasses, another literally everything you can think of sliding glass doors open up to.

This is actually minecraft for the primary bedroom and over here we have this gorgeous cabinetry with marble, clad doors, fabricated, sink, chrome fixtures. This gorgeous finishes throughout now come in here we have the second walking yeah, it's just small things like did dude. Where are the things that you that holds um um the towels, and why are the towels on the ground? What are those on on seats and why there's a place where you just wipe your hands on some towel holder or some? It's just gorgeous dude now come in here, so big of a deal. Is it the second walk-in closet island in the center? More of the darker tones here again lacquer finish: led lighting, hotel glass panels very timeless very elegant, definitely very chic.

Now, let's cool man open up the corner and again the ceiling heights, the scale the space is just almost unexplainable. Now, over this side we have more built-ins. This could easily serve as your office for your bedroom or another seating area and stepping outside. We have this private balcony floating above the first floor, and this is where you have your private, all glass pool.

This is incredible. I mean the amount of money spent on this pool alone. I don't even want to think about it. You have a cold plunger on the other side, with the water feature beautiful, beautiful primary bedroom street, very, very on this level.

It's so private guys, if you, if you think, a piss, why why, in the water one thing the whole city can see it, everybody can see it they're gon na see through. They would literally see the cloud. I want to take everybody cloud, so we're gon na pee around you from the city itself, dude that is actually nuts not like that. It's so bright.

I love this now we're on the rooftop deck and the first area i want to take. Everyone is the pudding for sure this is the coolest putting green in the city, so cool guys, wow, no obstacles no track. No! What if it is it's flat? I mean it's flat. Granted it's been a long day, there's nothing a little late.
