that you're here with us and we can't wait to show you the poem well it's actually pretty good so this home is four stories we are here on the top four stories four you can actually access all levels of the home by the outside staircase so one of the first things you know one thing you need to know is i love three story houses i need to be nice i like basements but four stories and through the formal entry online i like that beautiful custom chandeliers i don't like one store houses like i like in california it's so lame chandelier that we'll see in the living room so here we are in the kitchen with a sitting i will never agree to this you guys don't think about this this is a big no-no for me i get it it's not even an adhd take okay it's just that um dude it it's too hidden it's just too much it's it's uninspired it's you lose a lot of energy in a very entertaining fun room that is the kitchen guests whatever it's just kind of like this is boring fish nook is a turntable concept which allows each person at the table to get a different viewplane we are built into aspen mountain so you're going to have beautiful views on a clear day of red mountain smuggling it looks so bad of independence guys accidentally ski your snow pants into your backyard you're a bunch of guests at least entertained being fun having a good time dude and everything's hidden and like dude i i i want to see the oven with the chicken in it i want to see you go to go to the uh you know go to the fridge blah blah i get utensils it's a cool place there's a lot of it's almost it's almost like a like if you guys had a tool a tool shop right and it's it's all blanked out like dude coming in here it's not fun man it's a kitchen it's a fun place it's when it's not being used it's clean very stitching it's fine you're pulling up and using it again when it's not being used as a very clean aesthetic again everything is hidden so yeah the entire house to hide stuff in there behind the sliding door look really you put your chicken in the oven oh guys i gotta hide the chicken are you gonna get a plate ah it's hidden hey yo allows for easy access off the kitchen we flow seamlessly into an open dining living room chat yeah the entire house the high stuff the whole the whole thing so off the kitchen we float into an open dining living room rec room what's up with the plug-in ceiling glass walls some of which open up and so a lot of the materials used in the home here are all custom oh that's really nice custom porcelain italian tiles custom wood that he found in the ukraine it's a soapstone we have a kansas city limestone as well and then all the wood that you see throughout here is a walnut wood panel that he found this is actually pretty well done throughout here yeah you can see the minute a walnut wood look how cool it is live from the inside radiating down onto the thing it's actually really cool that he found about in poland and germany very high vaulted ceilings to let in a lot of natural light we have another custom glass chandelier here that's kind of landing so one of the most unique features of this home are these retractable floor-to-ceilings isn't it that element you would like people dude is that you just bought 75 million dollar house now you sit down with the squad watcher watch football and everybody's looking at ants on the screen looking at ants on a screen why why is so small why are these if i want a new tv is a new technology i want to create a new tv why is this in cross into the wood i can't get a new tv i literally just can't um are these retractable floor-to-ceiling window walls tv took inspiration from castles in europe you do not see the casings on the side you just see this one i went into the house so you have i was four meters long and three from the walls future also i used this to be a year-round home i wanted big ass tv dude that's what i want on a very sunny winter day or during the summer months to have a very nice mountain breeze coming through the ridge that you see up there is your ski in access it's not a flex i need a nice depending on your skiing ability you can ski right down here so as you see here again and found the water great open floor plan lots of seating and if we come over this way a beautiful rec room space oh wow that's actually a really nice chandelier thing not that table over here a card table and again the functionality of this home that really focuses on usable space only one thing i don't like though i understand what the concept is is that it makes it look like it's pillar void pillar i like a nice little trim here to make it make it look kind of cozy i don't know i like triggers a lot for windows purpose windows personality all are hidden so to complete the rec room here we have a wet bar with fridge and freezer drawers along with a sink great for entertaining hosting serving your guests we've come down from the fourth floor now on to the entry level of the home we've passed this beautiful swarovski crystal chandelier that's truly one of a kind and one of the feet also i'm not a fan of this sorry just straight up gloves on its own like this not a big big fan of it i like when the glass is at least held by something uh you get you get some drunk ass dude he's gonna this you die here you literally die you're dead pictures of this particular level of the home are these wood panels they are intended to be a one container behind them each one is a hidden panel that opens up to one of the separate bedrooms and in this case the office that's one of the great features of this office is that you've got this wall of windows that looks right out at the front door so you can see who's coming and going guys also alan it's to open the floor plan if i'm touching my balls so we can see it the other thing that i love about this particular floor are these skylights because what the intention of the skylights are i think my balls would often so that's kind of the upper floor it's a tremendous water feature that's displayed from the main area of the house through this panel door we're now in the primary suite it's spacious it's gracious lots of natural light retractable wall of window over here takes you on to a private patio for the exclusive use of the bed behind this fire there again like dude dude i'm sitting i'm sitting in bed okay everybody's gone i'm trying i'm trying to get some some some some good adult content before i go to bed man use of the homeowner and i'm out there i'm not sure if this is if this is this is uh is this a pair of titties is this some other girl's booty i can't even i can't tell you'd be so far away this is a fantastic office space heated floors here another retractable wall of windows and behind that is a fabulous primary bathroom and huge closet space tons of natural light you've got a wooden soaking tub here and on one side you've got a spray shower and on this side you've got a waterfall if this is my house guys after after two weeks because i like taking being bastard uh there'd be rocks everywhere so whatever mood you're there'd be rocks everywhere not convenience the soaking tub is the drain system that's hidden by a series of rocks this door is accessed from aspen mountain as the owner of this property you can literally ski in from aston mountain to the side door right here literally a glass house wtf see i like glass windows through this door here i like when hot i like when the windows have more thought with them there's more the windows take a little bit of thought to make them make it nicer i think this is like guest bedrooms they go for the style of like making the glass inside the stone it looks like there's nothing it's just but i like when there's a little bit of presented through the windows man a little bit of thought okay yeah you can have this somewhere in the house but when it's everywhere sweet here beautiful wood paneling throughout again the beautiful window walls that are in each bedroom you have in each bedroom a water faucet here that drops down from the top each bedroom here is equipped with a coffee bar and mini fridge so the ensuite bathroom of this guest suite here we have an original design that is his patent it is a bubble up feature press the dial in order to control your temperature you turn it to get the desire i went to the house i had this that this again you think this is useful you brush your teeth with this like two times and there's a big mounds of like crusted up paste there here they're stacked here at the back like dude it's just not convenient it is not a good concept it's just not the shower you think it's a good concept it's just not entered off the bathroom or through the entry of the guest suite so this is where the fun begins and i'm talking about fun like no fun you've ever seen in the house before your own private bowling alley just clean it down i just bought a 75 this isn't mild okay you pass an area full of shoes with every size that you can possibly imagine your choice of bowling balls to alley watch which i've never seen mr cow your takes when and featured in the home theater is this custom what why why why the mike mutes what happened music paneling that keeps all the sound self-contained a bit flipping in keeping with the fun theme we're on the lower level of the home now community right olympic-sized heated swimming pool walls of water is going down in it's actually a resistance pool as well so you can swim against the current you can even kayak against the current if you're so inclined to my left is the spa complete with a massage room beauty salon wet and dry sauna and an indoor jacuzzi as we pass this custom-built ping-pong table we enter into you know what i didn't i don't want a custom built ping-pong table i want a ping-pong table okay what is this net man there's a reason why it's a ping pong table why why are you reading about the kind of the ping pong just give it ping pong table panels to control i don't know why red and white wine onyx-backed walls you've got a projector system the colors added from the station besides the line we transition into a custom gym complete with kaiser air pressure control gym equipment and its own separate outdoor hot tub and last but not least one of my favorite areas in the room the wet bar complete with full size everything full-size refrigeration system dishwasher and customized porcelain onyx on both the countertop hey yo yo you did can i get myself a beer yeah yeah man open panel d43 um uh like a cop dude why man so as we transition from level two down to level one we have another beautiful glass skylight here that allows for natural light to flow through the house to level one where we have a mud room with ski lockers and a five-car garage so let's go take a look so here we are on level one as you can see we were just up there through the skylight on level two uh we come no pencils clothes to the garage where we you can easily park five cars there is a turntable which allows the driver to pull into the garage park here press a button spin the car around seamlessly back into a spot oh so then you're ready to leave you can easily pull out into the snow melted driveway so another unique and very cool feature of this home through this door is the brain wait wait a i looked at hundreds of the houses okay and i'm repeating about houses i visited a lot of houses the other hand geothermic so they put up something that goes way deep down sometimes and if they pull
