That isn't racist. It's china. They don't have very many black people there on a regular basis. It's just interesting for them. It's the same as when a white guy goes to Africa. They're interested in something they don't see or maybe NEVER seen.
Pretty funny how X's chat is undecided whether to call the Chinese full-on racists because then they'll be racist themselves because White Western people must not hurt other races feelings x)
Though it is definitely true that the Chinese people are just curious, same thing if you go to rural areas of Japan and SK. But the thing with mainland Chinese is that most of them lack manners, which leads to some pretty questionable things.
