It's a little bit closer to the current this is kind of scuffed. I mean this is scuffed actually i'm gonna say this is scuffed as back and look at the facade of this property. We have traveled. I know it is it is scuffed.

I mean look at this it's like it's like straight down buying next to the curb boom. It's the thought of this property uh. We have travertine clad on top two floors complimented with these decorative concrete patterns and this home consists of four levels because we have a really yeah let's watch this in the garage. Where you can access it.

But this driveway on my left hand side property looks great nicely landscaped with these tall trees and you have this walkway. Taking you to the covered entry to my left hand side. We have the water feature with this glass enclosed entry and the front door right. Here.

Let's go inside. Um glass enclosed and on the other side. We have the water feature. What is this floors.

We have a seating area for the front door marble back wall light fixture above and this part is glass enclosed and on the other side. What is the entrance this makes no sense at all for the entrance. We have the water feature that we saw on the exterior coming. This is nice another opening.

This is the entrance taking us to a small hallway. Where we have the elevator on the right hand side staircase on the left. And we're going to cover this part later in the video now coming to this opening. We go straight into the great room.

This is the focal point of the main focusing nice open seating all right well like i said guys again. There's no coat hangers or whatever. It is it's because it's dubai. I guess.

It's not cool you don't wear coats. When i guess it doesn't get cold or whatnot right. So i guess. It's kind of yeah.

Yeah. Minimalist lines. 23. For our ceiling.

And on this side. We have this floor the ceiling glass assembly. Facing your backyard and your amazing views we have yeah. This is gonna the lighting's gonna huge i like those like sticks or whatever i think i can capture something a little bit more um a little bit cooler.

I think there's so much slices and creative here light fixture. Which is a thin cut ship of marble with led guys. This is like the asset of an office. It's almost also a nurse.

It's a little obviously shocked at the united times. She tells me of elderly patients attacking her also the amount of people that would test positively because it is that i didn't proceed to say covert is fake. Interesting yeah. This house is like a like an office an exquisite tv on my right hand side and somebody hate.

Watching paneling vertical onyx slabs with backlighting and above that second floor is all clad with these leather panels that looks really great on top. Yeah. Yeah. This is cute.

But like i said like i always say okay. I think and i feel like these couches are not it anything that has pillows at the back. And no backrest that's like solid right. It's just kind of lame.

I don't like it i like it. The fact that you'd be sitting and you're slipping out of the out of the out of the pillow or there's too many people and you're like you have like a half a pillow and you're like angled sideways or crazily into in between two pillows. Like uh. It's just not it it's just not it.

See all these picture windows. Facing the great room. And those openings are from hallways. Staircase.

Or the bedrooms. With built in shutters that way you can either leave. It open like the way we have it right now or you can close it for some extra privacy regardless. This is cool these chairs are kind of they just don't belong.

There also this this um. It's kind of an okay uh carpet could be better. Though room is amazing kitchen is on my left the house is 40 minutes on my right. Amazing views right in front of us.

This room is really special it leaves too much um look it leaves too much uh and uh the house. We tour you know whenever you brush at one angle. Like that fronds are basically come on man. What is this off of the palm.

This house is near the end of the end so we have way more way better views. I think and it just feels way more open absolutely. It's really close to the crescent. Which is okay that surrounds the palm so you get more open better views okay cool back lighting.

And it's incredible now let's continue our tour right on the other side. We have the family room. This is another spacious seating area wait one more thing about this place. The tv is extremely small especially with how the captures are angled and the length a space and the videos you want to get a new tv.

You have to you have to break or remodel the whole wall. Which is stupid as it's really dumb. This has no place of flexibility because flexibility is super important if you don't like something anymore. You can't change it you can't change it.

It's locked in and that's so trash right on the other side. This thing's like at least at least like a 92 inch or like a hundred and twenty or some of the family room. This is another spacious seating area and it feels a little bit more intimate because once again this carpet is the absolutely rights here are lower than the great room we have leather paneled walls. I mean my mother who's sitting over here okay now you have binoculars look at the tv look at this come on man beautiful onyx slabs that i've been booking.

What is that man looks great we have the wood class ceilings with built in speakers and right in the center. You have the seating area with this minoti sectional couch also sandblasting because i don't want to be rude okay. I'm gonna say how it is okay let's see how it isn't the lighting. The lighting idea of this room is bad whoever whoever designed this room and i feel like isn't good with lighting.

It okay. There's no top lighting. Only on the walls. There's some weird fixtures on the fight on the and the small light over there there's a complete oversights and the the complete lighting of the room.

It's bad sandblasted travertine. It's coffee table that looks gorgeous and on that side. We have there's no ceilings fixtures and if you want to put some you can't because it's not actually wired in look at it. There's nothing.

It's nothing feeling and floor mount open bookshelf design. Which gives great dimension to the space warm cozy facing. The teeth actual light is good what happens at night. Basically the great seating area and on top of that we have these motorized sliding glass doors opening up the space to the outdoors.

These glass doors are from euro system. They're super efficient tin profile and they do a great job connecting the indoors to the outdoors and creating this amazing flow lastly. We have the motorized curtains. Also here interesting just a beautiful space.

And there's one more detail. I want to point out here. We have this glass right in front of the tv and down. Below me is a 65.

Million dollar laferrari aparta because this section here looks into the subterranean garage that part of the home is super exciting that we have some of the most sought up things that's cool it's a little bit. It's a little bit of a of a tacky thing. It's kind of tacky. Though this is cars in the world down below us.

I can't wait to show it to you guys we're going to continue our tour on the main floor. Now coming back to the great room. We have this door on my right hand side opening up to spacious guest cordless located on the main floor off of the hallway. We have the polyform cabinets.

Which is your built in closet and mikey can you get a close up i mean look at these glass doors and each one of these cabinets with beautiful racks. Led lighting. These cabinets are all specked out you have every single hardware you can think of it looks. Super.

Yeah. Yeah you need to stop me. A bunch of i'm being a. I've never so boring well don't watch it i don't give a okay.

If you if you have 40 males and you're you're building a house you can deliver whatever the you want you can either do anything that you want right anything you want to do right right i question myself. But you're gonna say oh no this is still fine. This is still fine no no it doesn't have to be still fine. If you want to build the answer be good like what the is i like it now let's go this way we have this marble wall separated you can do anything you want what would you want to do what would you want a building subpar does it make sense initially and then i guess fix it later like what in the closet itself queen size bed seating area and this room feels very cozy very intimate and on my left hand side.

You have the cantilevered roof line overhang detail here seriously lighting here is better better. But i i'd like to have lighting. More things on on the floor. Because of that you kind of break the sun.

More precise less overall lighting. A little bit more private and i still think it's a great guest quarters. Because it's on the main floor. It's totally detached from the rest of the bedrooms easy access to the front door.

Just an awesome bedroom. Now. Let's go this. Way.

Little lamp stuff. Like that the automatic features. Everything you need and coming. Here.

We have the freestyle ending tub book match marble back wall. And this marble is called arvestado. Orobiko and we're going to see this marble korean channel. Okay a lot of different places now coming.

Here we have the bathroom floating vanity design two vessels sinks from antonio lupe crone fixtures. We have the walking shots okay the rain head all actual fixtures. Where's the rain head. Everything you need i don't see it this door opens back to the hallway that we entered the bedroom from now let's take everybody back to the great room.

And i want to mention one more thing i want to give huge credit to the developer alpago properties. They have assembled an amazing team when it comes to this this is from georgetti and this foosable table costs. 17 000. Euros.

Which is around seven thousand years. And it's probably not as good as a normal table like the one you buy at like your local dog store for like i don't know like 100 bucks eighteen thousand dollars. And it is definitely out of my price range. But it looks beautiful we can split it maybe maybe still a lot still a lot yeah.

Still a lot all right let's continue our tour right on the other side. We have the kitchen and the dining area it's another beautiful open space motorized sliding glass floors open up to the backyard perfect indoor outdoor flow right in the center we have this stunning okay dining table uh it's creative. It's okay. It's not at the end of the world looks beautiful and above that we have this chandelier design that goes all the way to the kitchen.

Another great space can you just imagine sitting down. Here. Yeah okay. I like this position.

It's actually very nice. It has a nice little lounge vibe and it's gonna it's gonna create a even more more lounge by producing the the the top height. You lose the top height. It may feel a bit more cozy.

But you're not gonna you're not gonna overwatch. We have the glasses are gonna get mad at me you're saying this but you know you don't want to go to the bar. They had like glasses about before sometimes right and it goes down. It's gonna quick.

It's a more like private more like social vibe to it right. But it's not the ceiling. So you don't feel like you're overwhelming you can't breathe or whatever. So it's like a nice full size.

It's a nice you know wine fridge here. But unfortunately they have not received it yet due to supply shortages and that's why for us to be able to shoot this house they have placed a nice cover plate here. But yeah. If you buy this house you get a full size gagganal wine fridge right next to that you have your coffee bar.

I really like these doors that tucks to the side and you can close them off if you want to get the minimalist look. But currently they have left it open looks awesome open shelving yeah. It's a great addition to this kitchen uh. Yeah i really like that uh staging too those salt and pepper grinders that's kind of cool.

It's actually not staging every single accessory furniture fixture that you see in this house. Okay coffee machine okay cool that are from hinge and look at the fabrication here you guys i'm gonna be negative again sorry i don't get the negative this is okay you sometimes you have to use words that kind of vaticate and this is a actual two islands that are from henge and look at the fabrication here with the marble. The edges. The cuts and on top of that instead this is a kitchen and you have something you would put in like your living room or something like that next to a wall like like a lot of reasons.

Why this is it could be cool that there was a wall behind it right again. I give statues and there's windows and then you're in the kitchen. Why usual conventional one long island design. This actually comes in two it's like some live laugh love type of the kitchen.

Look really modern and contemporary on this one we have the sink assembly with the drying rack. All marble looks absolutely gorgeous and on this side we have the gas stove assembly five burners two downdraft ventilation and again it's all angles details fabrication these two islands look absolutely gorgeous now on this side. We have a massive picture window and to create some separation. They have places no this shelf.

Which looks really nice it does not once you open up these sliding glass doors. Yeah nope it does not see garbanzo steel sink with a drying rack my lemon or flow and this space comes with violation now i want to take everybody this way. We have this door opening up to a long service hallway first door a service hallway to the chef's kitchen polyform cabinetry stainless steel sink with a drying rack gas stove oven uppers paneled fridge and freezer way and to make this space so the randoms the kitchen is like crazy and bigger and again. We actually mix the food is this dog like prison let's go check out the room next door.

Which starts here. And that's the laundry room. Two washers two dryers sink cabinetry everything you need and coming here since this is the service hallway. We have an access to the outside through this exterior door this door right here opens up to the first place.

What is that i really like the curvature hell nah toilet on this side. Wait wait not even like something that not even like something to put stuff on like if you have you have something like you want to put on like you put it on the makeup or something like that yeah.

Here going up the two floors. And it also goes down to your lower level. But before we check out these spaces okay all these sliding glass doors. So we can check out the backyard.

Plus. We have this race seating section perfectly design above. And this is your outdoor dining area. Okay.

This is nice on this side and coming here. This is your novara outdoor kitchen assembly. This is where we have the grill. What sink on this side your fridge and it really complements this outdoor dining area now i want to talk about the pool design.

Wait what the is this what the is this it really complements this up. What is this not it's not a barbecue. It's grill poggers. A grill outdoor dining area now i want to talk about the pool design.

It runs this where's the cover this plot it looks amazing infinity edge. We have the first bar shelf here second bar shelf on this side jacuzzi right here. And it looks so inviting and i want to talk about the waterproofing and the design of this pool. So since we have the cover yo you put the lid on when you when you go to the barbecue.

Pre cut and pre designed that way everything fits perfectly that way it really complements both the waterproofing and the aesthetics of this amazing infinity edge pool. Now we are right now all the time glass doors. We have the water feature here outdoor lounging areas your body shelf fire feature. I mean.

This is amazing and looking back the architecture of this property is absolutely stunning and just like the front those are the same travertine clad and these decorative concrete panels on this side house looks great on the exterior. I think so this is a colorful lot. Which is a really generous. It's okay i mean.

It's just something that i have is that a lot of backyards are meant for fun. And these don't look fun. There's not like a grass area whatever or fake resident. But you can put whatever you want like a like a game of like throwing some ball or something fun something that is a fun activity.

This seems like even if you want it to be fun you wouldn't be able to if you're like locked out of having fun. It's just kind of annoying and on top of that it's so close to the crescent that it gets phenomenal views in fact beach is literally right there and within few steps you can be this close to the water. I mean look at our views. We have the there's a beach dude.

Okay then in the same nature of your argument. Then okay then why have a pool. There's the water. There's the ocean in this hotel.

It's the same time residences on this side and being this close to the water you can go paddle boarding jet boarding. Go swimming. Water is super clear honestly this setup is truly on the main floor and the backyard. The dubai really i don't get my hair.

Even you're talking sorry i don't i i don't it's very i don't i do not care 44 months on the lower floor landing beautiful marble floors and this discrete door right here opens up to the utility area where you have access to your pumps pool motors and every single utility you can think of when it comes to servicing this property maybe i'm angry because i'm hungry. I'm maybe i'm hangry another guys. I never let anybody on this show talk unless him and mikey door here opens up to the driver's room. Think about this room as your second staff quarters.

You have a single bed here closet set up its own ac unit and around the corner. We have a full body another prison two prisons. So far and a washer and dryer okay now coming back to the landing elevator access on our left hand side. And then you have this glass door taking you one subterranean garage.

This is an incredible space. And there are so many details that i want to cover and i want to show you guys all these cars first let's talk about the driveway and the garage door. It's an experience to drive down that driveway from the street level and come to this subterranean level garage door opens up and it's a cool garage and they like to be the best at what they do and that's why when it comes to cars. They have the best when it comes to properties they like to push boundary car with a top speed of 494 kilometers.

It's just cars cars cars. Got it got it got a boy here a show. Okay. That's good enough.

That's wild that is built in closets beautiful marble wall with stainless steel inlay and then it transitions into this leather section on the right hand side it's front facing and we can see those concrete decorations. This is garbage. Yeah. And they also have a juliet balcony.

It's just a really exciting. I'm nipping again. I don't like it having doors in the closets or whatever.

If you want to have something you want to look through your clothes. I like running through them and be able to touch them i need to open all the doors to get to earnings. We have the junior primary bathroom. You have the atlantis hotel right in front of us palm jamira and the decorative concrete panel that i talked about at the backyard you can actually see them closer here. And it's also a really good sized balcony okay and coming back to the bedroom king size bed on my right hand side behind that you have a statuary marble. Yeah.

Guys what do you put the snack is you see the problem with it is a big oversight. There's no snacky spot right and you say yo. But you know goblins you know goblin you're watching a movie and like that you want to get a snack or whatever. It then you need your snacky spot.

Where's your snaggy spotted in between the cacti's and the bump. Oh come on man. This is not mine that you have a statuary marble book match. It's a beautiful slab and looking up you have your hinge light fixtures.

Why don't they don't why don't they just have bigger rooms and less hallways on my left powder room on my right let's go have a look stone pedestal sink floor mount fixture porcelain walls great increases wrong size fix the fix the the room the room divisions right and then have smaller walkways and then you have more space size powder room for this level.

And as long as these things and the kitchenette. But first i want to go through this store. See you check out this i i guess it has it two years. What is it with people look look look nobody wants to sit down this man.

It's trash first i want to go through this store to check out all couches are back okay. It's sideways. It opens up and almost oh my god guys you guys. I worked all day.

My ratio of watching something excuse me on my phone like that is much higher than any tv in his entire in his entire house this ratio of watching is actually higher than the whole premise. The whole the whole world and i really really appreciate that they have fabricated this bottom piece here to cover the drain lines and all the water lines that way this bathroom design looks very clean you have your walk in shower here more lighting above rain head and you have your toilet set up here with the bidet just a good size. Where the are the rocks and honestly this is just a great bedroom to really detach yourself from is that a co op a how many areas and old bedrooms down below. And just be by yourself.

Because you even have your own seating area which starts right here furnishings in this room. And the outdoors look great these oh it's the sink i just took this mountain sized dot. My head right next to it in the sink man and what kind of it i personally really really like you have the marble coffee table here tv on the other side and this room is really special because on this side you can open up these motorized sliding glass doors to a good size you can enjoy the views on both sides. Now come on oh.

This is a nice little live stream in the dining area this table. Here costs twenty six thousand dollars. Definitely over my price range. But looks beautiful complements the space and right on the other side.

You have a small kitchenette that has everything you need. It's okay dishwashing gagging. All gas cooktop with the built in vent sink by the way. Dishwasher is located here.

And you have your fridge on this side and on the back you have all your activities sliding glass floors and these these light fishes are terrible just really enjoying the outdoors. We have a really nice seating area here outdoor dining area outdoor kitchen. Here same brand. Sink grill.

And this back. Patio. Is actually connected okay explain to me explain to me explain to me. Okay.

You put this. Big ass fat burger. You wanted to get some heat without direct contact with the heat. What do you do you put don't put that cover on it no we don't put that cover on it it's gonna squeeze.

It what's the grill. Okay then where's the barbecue. If this is the grill. Then where's the barbecue then and look back patio is actually connected to the jilliance.

Where we have the amazing views of palm jamira and where is it look at this i mean. This is incredible your infinity edge pull down below amazing views. See they could have added they could have extended each room. There and have no walkway to the side and only have the direct access from the top lounge.

And that they have bigger rooms. No towers nope. How much might be this house compared to all the other houses for for the price 40 mil you get this um. It's actually pool is actually 12.

Inches deep omega. Lol this would be like 120 ml about in. La. So i i would i'm.
