I actually kind of like the first house, how often do you see a 200 year old solid wood house in the middle of NYC. And the antique architecture is pretty much guaranteed to appreciate in price as long as it doesn't collapse. A lot of history and incredible spot. Not 10 mil worth but still pretty cool.
for anyone confused on taxes… Xqc is counting for state and federal tax – (around 50%) – HOWEVER – if he moved to that house he wouldn't have to pay state tax thus meaning 37% which is what chat was saying. Plus other costs
The first place reminds me more of xQc horror games than expensive houses.
10 million house looks like the ugliest house while the one half the price looks like one of those movie houses where you dream you could live. how can it be half the price if it looks so much better
