Have you guys been seeing the trend where, on twitch people just watch tv shows recently, there's been a swath of people on twitch just outright watching tv shows, and you might have seen this because the biggest creator xqc guys guys? Don't you guys this is this? Might take, i think, he's just small he's just small, because he swapped car and that current out of gas real, fast dude dude.

It, like i said not in this car and got banned three times in a span of three days: okay, quite often where he watches master chef, he's done this in the past and it kind of like is this: almost um alt-right rabbit hole of youtube where you Start by watching like kitchen nightmares, you know and they have like little three-minute four-minute clips or sometimes compilations, and then you just outright start watching full episodes. And then you just watch straight up, master chef episodes and and that's that's kind of the rabbit hole. That's been happening in xqc at least once a day. It feels like boots up a little bit of master chef, which seems like a lot of fun.

I'm not gon na lie. It is there's, probably no better content than the content that was made by the uh. The team at masterchef yeah, it's crazy, there's just straight up watching tv, shows on stream and look the thing is i had a friend and i won't say who but he's someone who's super into anime and a couple years ago. He wanted to get into streaming and he wanted to be like an anime streamer and he was asking me for advice on like what he should do to like kind of carve out a a niche for himself, and i told him i was like yo.

This is going to sound crazy. You should straight up just watch anime. The fact of the matter is, if you just straight up, you guys watch yeah yeah, a small storytime chat from behind chat, a lot of which i i i thought that watching watching stuff was gon na, be like, like the future. Okay, an ibm, crunchyroll, idm naruto, the people in naruto, i i i talk to their english liaison because apparently uh.

This is something that i learned and naruto the people who make the rudolph. They don't even reply or they don't even read english inquiries. They just don't uh, that's that that's how it was on the website. They did, they would say we don't we're, not gon na get your inquiries, so i had to get somebody to send an inquiry.

Uh uh it i'm on behalf. I still don't respond, but still, though anime twitch is the wild wild west, they won't take you down. You'll get a ton more viewers, because people like watching it live and if you get in trouble, it'll probably just be like a 24-hour ban, and then you can just move on, and that was that was. That was my advice.

Honestly, i don't even think it's that bad. You guys might remember like four years ago. Train wrecks did the same thing four years ago. I remember because i used to watch him because he'd start at like midnight every time i'd fall asleep and beat a train.

I think he eventually stopped this. This could be wrong. So take this with a grain of salt, i'm pretty sure the reason he stopped doing it is because somebody pretended to be like master chef for fox news and gave him a fake copyright, takedown notice, which kind of scared him out of doing it. I'm pretty sure.

That's what happened i remember at the time he got a lot of, like all the creators were kind of mad at him for doing it, because i guess he was like really like one of the top on twitch and i think they're a bit upset that lazy Content was at the top whatever now xqc, he watches masterchef live on stream. All right, you know stan's, let's, let's look! No further, i'm gon na give credit to stan actually as the one who inspired a lot of these streamers to start watching tv shows, because that's the thing that he's done the most uh, but it's expanded where i think, isn't disguised toast right now: lazy content. So why don't they do it he's just straight up watching naruto like last night i pulled up, i don't know if he deletes the vod. I wonder if he doesn't delete the vod.

That would be very brave. Okay, it looks like he deletes the box today of total drama island over a million people tuned into the stream. It was 10 hours of total drama island. This is some i'm just going to ask you guys again you guys, if you did the vod and nothing happens, live i mean, what's going to happen, it's like every pocket of twitch.

You know this is from xqc who's, like you know, dj lsf, guy to uh to myth who's like gamer circle, to like carl jacobs, who's like minecraft circle to stands, and it's gotten a little bit dangerous. Recently, i'm not going to lie by whatever category you and then you sort by russian, usually you'll find someone who's just watching a movie or a show, and this, of course, is exactly what i was talking about. I can't believe we caught this guy live he's just watching homologos, i'm not trying to narc. There's no there's nothing.

I can do about this. I don't i don't. I don't care, but my goal is to like stop and creators be like. Oh stop doing this, but i think it's bad for a couple of reasons and i'm not trying to say i am mightier than thou.

Everybody knows one of my most popular series: tick tock time. It is the same thing. It is me watching copywritten content, because i do not own the content, okay, but it turned out that one i'm uncomfortable reacting to really expansive videos like unless it's like short, zoomery, tick, yo talks where i feel like i can pause and add a story. I think i'm a bad reactor straight up, that's one of the reasons i stopped.

I think i'm bad at it. Is that crazy to say i do not think i am good at like watching masterchef on all in the title or in the content, and that could happen yeah. It could happen yeah. It is not wrong, it actually could happen.
