I’m in shock that everyone is supportive of this video?? Like?? Are we watching the same thing? This dude literally dehumanized his son and said he’ll never achieve anything, and donated over 3 million dollars to what ended up in autism speaks pockets, which is an extremely harmful company that does many horrifying things, including trying to CURE autism. We are not sick. We are just different than YOU. We do not need you to act as if we are children or pets, or giving us special praise when going something. Everyone saying this is a good thing should watch Paige Layle or any other YouTuber on the spectrum.

Mark Rober did an oopsie. At the end you can really see a summary of how he thinks because he says that his son will never be the first man to step on Mars.
As if he fucking new? The whole video is infantilizing and putting autistic people as some kind of simpler dummer people that we should just put on a pedestal simply as a moral high ground and moral standard.

This does look nice but it is so Ableist he gets so many facts wrong, he says a lot of ableist things, uses a lot of ableist terms andthe charity he's saying to support is bad and supports what is most likely the worst "Autism Charity" that there is i mean look at basically any of the Autistic reactions to this video.
