4. Walmart seems kinda like a cult with all the rituals and you don't need to be smart to figure out that spying on coworkers won't go over well in post stasi germany.

   Not to mention walmart broke so many labor/market laws that it turned into a teaching case of what not to do.

    If you open a business somewhere, you gotta adapt to the local culture, you can't behave like an alien and expect everyone to change for you and buy your stuff…
    I'm kinda weirded out by XQC getting mad at the employees… they are not the reason walmart failed in germany… walmart simply failed at beeing attractive to the locals… if you go to the US, open a business and do shit nobody likes, you go down as well, because people buy somewhere else… easy as that.

    And the thing about the prices makes sense…there are laws to protect the market here… so nobody just walzes in, sells stuff at a loss until all other competitors go broke and then set the prices high a.f., because they achieved a monopoly…

11. A big point is that we are a Social Democratic state, that means that the state can interrupt the business of a company to protect smaller Company's. It is important that there is no monopoly position, because that ruins other businesses.

    Germans are direct and dont put on fake smiles.
    Thats the same habit that is deeply rooted in our culture which leads to us getting things done. After almost loosing the war against germany everyone tried to get a piece of german engineering.
    Without it the Moon landing wouldnt have happend and cars wouldnt be as advanced.
